Clone works good but id suggest using structure blocks instead they can clone ur build and u can put it anywhere but also rotate it, with the clone command u cant rotate Its easy to learn look up a quick tutorial iz takes like 15 minutes

Instead of /clone, and easier option is to use the command /give @s structure_block This block can copy builds easily.

it's a relatively recent addition to the game, you might not be on the right version minecraft.fandom.com/wiki/Commands/particle

i haven't seen this issue before, it might be dependent on your minecraft version (java or bedrock) - i recommend reading through this page for help: minecraft.wiki/w/Commands/particle

it's actually a pretty recent addition! the minecraft wiki claims that it was only added in 1.19.3, so most likely you haven't been missing out on it for too long :)

yes, you'll need cheats turned on to use these commands (which also gives you access to the command block)

a lot of the footage in this video is a bit sped up 😅 but generally speaking, i often hit the Up Arrow 🔼 to bring back the last used command, as well as Tab to auto-complete words. for example, if i'm trying to fill an area with Cobbled Deepslate, often i'll just type "cobbled_de", and hitting Tab will auto-complete that to "minecraft:cobbled_deepslate" and i'm trying to run the same command multiple times, i can just hit T -> Up Arrow -> Enter to run the last used command

ah, sorry to hear :( are you playing on Java edition, and do you have access to cheats? if you answered 'no' to either of those, these won't work for you unfortunately

ah, the particle might have a really short lifespan - typing this command in chat will only summon one particle, and once the particle finishes its animation, it's gone. i suggest trying to put this command into a Repeating Command Block, if you set it to 'Always Active' and "does not need redstone", that should be able to summon the particle over and over again!

in Minecraft bedrock edition, the fill command is simple and slightly tricky example: /fill cord x cord y cord z cord x cord y cord z block_block then there's 5 different modes destroy = drops blocks when destroyed hollow = summons a cube (great for buildings) keep = fills only air blocks outline = creates an outline, also great for building. ALSO replaces only the outline on for say a cube or rectangular prism replace = honestly the best one, it replaces a certain block with another i use it sometimes to erase curtain parts
