Shandra Newell the way I seen jazz had a smile on her face halfway thru the video ,then when the beautician started like curling & picking her head,they fast forward the camera & it showed her not smiling anymore @ that moment showed her looking kind of Powty & frowning a little,like the beautican was being a little ruff. Go back again too that part.& u,ll see.
