Awesome set of exercises
My son those a lot of jammer arm exercises to get ready for football season. They have made him more explosive off the line.

Moving the arms when they are never vertical position has a fraction of the resistance of the weight plates. Many of these exercises have limited resistance in the beginning of the range of motion. Can you please address this aspect of lever arms as I'm not everyone understands this.
