    U need to improve your deadlift form a little. Also if you did that bench in a comp u will get 3 red lights. Squat was nice tho!

    25lb Mace 360, with lunge uppercut/ twist, squat/curl, lateral lunge grave digger. KB swing snatch, clean press. My favorite variants in 30secs on 15sec rest 🤙

    10lb is a great starting point. It may not seem like a lot, but a mace will humble you in ways you never imagined.

    You can deadlift more than you can curl so it's a waste do them separate

  • @SETFORSET
    @SETFORSET28 күн бұрын

    First, I think a little punctuation would help you out big time. Second, this isn't about maxing weight out. It's for functional movement. Think lifting grocery bags off the ground (deadlift) then putting them on the counter (curl).

    What do you mean exactly by creating tension on the mace or "fell the tension on the mace" ?

  • @SETFORSET
    @SETFORSET29 күн бұрын

    Don't let the weight of the mace control you, you have to be in control of where it is. Don't just let fall, keep it in the exact spot you want it to be in.

  • @DilinarTanel
    @DilinarTanel29 күн бұрын

    Ok, but I've had in mind the tension after the swings. Like when pulling it to your chest during squats.

  • @SETFORSET
    @SETFORSET29 күн бұрын

    @@DilinarTanel You know how your brace your core when you do a squat? Think similar to that but with holding the mace. You want to keep everything tight but not excessively so.
