Thank you so much for making this video!!! This is literally exactly what I needed, and I’m in the middle of my workout!!! 🫶🏻
U need to improve your deadlift form a little. Also if you did that bench in a comp u will get 3 red lights. Squat was nice tho!
25lb Mace 360, with lunge uppercut/ twist, squat/curl, lateral lunge grave digger. KB swing snatch, clean press. My favorite variants in 30secs on 15sec rest 🤙
Thank you for information. I have to praise your video. angles and music is so good. Very good job
DB Lateral raises. Necessary evil but its pretty boring
What variations have you tried?
Thank you! Edit: Sounded creepy, but I swear I’m not trying to be! Your video, as well as 2 others videos have helped me better my form!
So basically, it is possible to train almost the entire upper body with macebells ?
Absolutely!
@@SETFORSET just ordered one. Will follow your instructions ;) I bet there are plenty of ways to incorporate some leg training too with this stick.. what an underrated tool
Can't say anough good things about my TRX strap experience... at 72, they keep me feeling my best.

I love the burn!!!! I finished the whole sets
Great vid. Im a 35 year old male, 180lbs,and looking to get my first mace to improve shoulder strength and flexibility. What would you recommend as a good weight for my first mace? Thanks
10lb is a great starting point. It may not seem like a lot, but a mace will humble you in ways you never imagined.
Thanks a lot for this video and the others. I've just assembled my own adjustable mace and have been looking for videos about fine workout programs with a mace. Will try working out like this.
Great tattoos, man!
This deserves to go viral!

I do 100% incline lateral ape walks every day of my life and my back has never hurt more.
This was a fantastic video! Thank you for sharing 🤙🏽
Thank you for watching!
thnx man
You can deadlift more than you can curl so it's a waste do them separate
First, I think a little punctuation would help you out big time. Second, this isn't about maxing weight out. It's for functional movement. Think lifting grocery bags off the ground (deadlift) then putting them on the counter (curl).
What do you mean exactly by creating tension on the mace or "fell the tension on the mace" ?
Don't let the weight of the mace control you, you have to be in control of where it is. Don't just let fall, keep it in the exact spot you want it to be in.
Ok, but I've had in mind the tension after the swings. Like when pulling it to your chest during squats.
@@DilinarTanel You know how your brace your core when you do a squat? Think similar to that but with holding the mace. You want to keep everything tight but not excessively so.
Some great ones here I've never seen before, thank you for posting. I'm looking forward to learning and trying them out
Love all of them! I try to keep my hip stable during mountain climber. Makes my obliques all abdominal muscles burn…
That's a great tip!
What the f is 170??
American Freedom Units aka Fahrenheit
@@SETFORSET what nonsense is this why dont you have celsius??
@@user-xo7zn6fc9v Everything is bigger in America, including boiling points.
@@SETFORSET everything except the brains i guess😜
@@user-xo7zn6fc9v you'd fit right in then 😜
Sure, your muscles dont know what they are lifting. Varible resistance training with bands is ideal for hypertrophy
Eager to do it for my workout tomorrow!!!
Let us know how it goes!
I Love My Cool down With buttle ropes crazyness
What is the benefits of this exercise, please reply I want to do this kind of exercise
Deadlifts, like performed above, are great for your posterior chain muscles (think hamstrings, glutes, back)
Just get a gym membership and a personal trainer guys🙏
if only the cost of regular personal training sessions wasn't a barrier for anyone
I wanna watch it day and night!
The view is amazing! 5 star view , dude !
Thats what I have been looking for !!! Thanks !!!!!
