This youth crime wave of teenagers has to be stopped. What is Mayor Harrell and the City Council doing about this situation? Apparently, nothing!!! These "elected officials" need to come up with a plan and report their plan to the community. Public safety is their NO. 1 responsibility. We will not be voting for any new levies like the Mayor's proposed transportation levy UNTIL they come up with a plan to deal with the teen crime wave and report the plan out to the community. NO MORE SUPPORT FOR LEVIES.

There's not much the mayor can do in this situation. The state legislature passed a no chase law and the progressive judges just give slaps on the wrists and releases the juveniles back into society.

One thing to consider in all of this is a that car operated by outlaws is most likely putting everything in its path at extreme risk because its a joy ride without much consequences if caught, so why not?

18 may be a age for certain things but under 18 should not protect these kids from being treid as adults. They have free will. They knew they were stealing somthing expensive. So have them convicted like there adults.
