    Im on muscle building and fat loss diet , I have to eat soya chunks for protein because it is Very cheap and it is under my budget, but. Im not able to Eat it Because it taste so bad im Not able to eat it. So can I make it like a powder with mixer , if I make as a powder and eat it. Do I get same proportion of protein that I eat in boiled soya chunks ?
