People need to stop demonizing gaming, you’re not gonna get showered in pu$$u if u quit. Find balance between fun and important stuff. I start my day playing for few hours then study+workout+cardio for few hours then game for few more hours. That is when I don’t have school or job if I have I might only play for 1-2 hours

as someone who learned in Game Development major, gaming meant to make you addictive to product by making it appeal to Audiences and glue them as long as possible. make appeal to make it fantasy wish-fulfillment (also don't forgot about unrealistic sex appeal in game to even glue player obsessed) competitive & multiplayer mode game are huge example for addictive. in others way single player game is more friendly to mental health and giving creativity but still didn't change the fact that it all fantasy experience that you have wasted 50 hours time enjoying pixelated characters (also reading book or drawing give more creativity)

I agree on low amount of sleep lowering your testosterone. In fact, the days I've posted the most doommer minds and theories on discord were the days I haven't slept enough. Also, another habit that makes you uglier is not getting up from bed the moment you woke up. The reason being is because when you remain in a lying position while conscious for too long, it leads to decreased blood circulation resulting in water retention. That is a compensatory mechanism for your organism to return blood circulation to its normal rhythm

Basic skincare routine that has helped me; 1. Simple cleanser 2. Cerave moisturizer 3. Sunscreen (spf 50 minimum) Wash face with cleanser, use moisturizer and then sunscreen. Done. Other optional products: Minoxidil 5% topical solution for thicker eyebrows or beard growth depending on your goals. Tretinoin (retinol) once a week at night using sandwich method. Increase frequency once a month by 1.
