Great video! I was already a competitive enhanced bodybuilder before finding the blackpill, but this is a great introduction for noobs. If your goal is to look good year round rather than looking good on stage, be very careful with bodyfat. Girls are insanely demanding when it comes to bodyfat.... If i am around 14-16% with abs and a faint outline of a crotch vein, i get way less of a positive reaction when i am 8 weeks out from a show and fairly shredded. It ia very hard to get to a bodyfat low enough to be considered gross by women; you basically need to be 4-6% and on a ton of diuretics dehydrated to be "gross" levels of lean.

I became red or blackpill after 30 but through my own experiences. Unfortunately too late. Hope you are not too late. They are using hot men for their own not achieved status and the good men they use for relaxing off doing nothing. So try to do a weight you can reach failure at exactly 8 reps and keep getting stronger at that weight until you reach failure at 12 reps. Once you can do 12, add more weight until you can do 8 reps. I love this video but I disagree on what you said that legs do not meet the requirements for an aesthetic physique, it sure as hell does! You want your legs to be strong, nice as well. I’ve seen people devote like hell to achieve a nice set of biceps, back muscle, chest etc, abs. But lack quads, calves, hamstrings, etc. And in the end they are the weakest link. I used to do boxing so my experience may be vastly different from lifters, but I learned quick n hard how important it is to have strong legs. Legs will be your life line. Especially if you need to run while in danger. Having your legs conditioned will save your life compared to having weak legs, calves, etc. And the best example as well, leg days boost tf out of your testosterone. Amazing video though. I loved it.

I really don’t need 3 years to get t this, a year of training and dieting will surely do that for me because I have the genes. People at my gym where amazed at what I achieved in 2 months when they couldn’t achieved that in more than 6 months

This was super helpful, thank you. I’m wondering if this is your real voice or an AI reading a script (it’s epic). I worked out a lot a few years ago but went completely off the rails during Covid and gained a ridiculous amount of weight. Am happy to report I’m down almost 40 pounds and am six months sober. Eager to get back to the pumping iron and losing the flab for good.

Jump on TRT. If you keep your blood pressure in check and stick to a reasonable dose (100-200mg), there’s very little downside.

400-500 calorie deficit, get it from diet and cardio combination. You will probably have to start tracking calories, so you make sure you are actually in a deficit.

Eat healthy and avoid sugars and processed foods. Focus more on fitness too because it's important. Planet Fitness is actually a decent gym for beginners or intermediates that have been out of the game for awhile.

The good news: You can get about 40% of your natural gains in your first year of training. The bad news. The next 3-4 years combined will only amount to a little more than your first year which is what all the guys in the thumbnail have. A compromise is to get those 15-20 lbs of lean muscle in the first year year and do an immediate cut for about 2-3 mo this and be happy with that physique which will look like surfer physique or sprinter physique. You won’t look as good as these guys but you can still look better than 95-98% of men.

@@roadto1percent I agree but most people’s training will not be that optimized their first year. They’ll screw it up most likely unless they have some sort of coaching. I speak from experience. 😅
