Male VS Female Gaze (Looksmaxxing)

In this video, we will show you the differences between, Physiques that fall into the Male Gaze spectrum and Physiques that fall into the Female Gaze Spectrum.
We also talk about how important your body/physique is when your facial attractiveness is just average.
It is always better to have a lean athletic physique than having a skinny, average or fat body regardless of your height and face. As long as you don't take it too far and start to cater your physique towards the Male Gaze.
Always remember that this advice is catered for dating purposes and what generally women tend to prefer, this is not bodybuilding advice.

It clarifies what women tend to like and how far you will go in your path to personal improvement. You don't need to become a gym rat to improve. Most of the male gaze, compared to the female gaze, is BS, included being hyper-masculine. I bet most women think that dudes like Andrew Tate are cringy (I agree with them).

As someone who dropped my muscle to attract more females, I can cornfirm. This happened during my college years. When I first got into campus (Freshman year was the biggest i ever was at around 80 kilos and carried between 15 to 20 percent bodyfat) I remember in my third year I decided to got a serious cut and as shredded as I possibly could. I dropped to 73 kilos and got as lean as I could. I then found myself getting more looks from the girls than the guys and this actually made me surprised that my smv went up. Long story short I pulled more girls with the smaller me than the big me did. Females dont drool over the super mascular dude. Just be lean, look strong, and have a muscular frame. • @gabrielpirry

Calisthenics falls short for leg training and the resistance falls short rather quickly, you'll have to get onto weighted calisthenics or gym training sooner or later because it starts to become a waste of time. Calisthenics alone can build some muscle that's beneficial for the physique of some lanky guys that are genetically prone to be lean. Oh, you aren't? Realistic and yet encouraging video. I've always agreed that a man can add 2-3 points out of 10 to his appearance without going through drastic and expensive changes, simply by getting in good shape (lean physique with good muscle definition as you've mentioned) and improving your hygiene and wardrobe. Whether you're are 3/10 or a 7/10, the worst thing you can do is not doing anything at all and bitch about it all day. Getting dealt a bad hand doesn't guarantee that you lose the game, playing it poorly does.

Not to mention that you can't maintain low bodyfat percentage 24/7. Train like mad and get your nutrition on point, and you will get a nice muscular beachboy physique at best. But you will never look like Arnold. So don't be afraid to reach your natural limit.

Yeah most people will never have to worry about getting too big naturally for sure. But the mistake most men make is they don't realise that being lean is SOOO much more important for looks than adding muscle. So people bulk too hard thinking they need to be as big as possible to attract women when in all likeliness as soon as you get above 15% you start to become invisible to most women unless you have godly facial genetics. I'd also say from experience staying 10-12% is very easy with 0 negative effects, you need to get below 10% for an extended time to start worrying about sustainability.

Don't forget that you can get from an average to an attractive looking face just by dropping some body fat %. When I'm bulking my face sometimes looks bloated and a little saggy. Easily makes me ugly if I slept face down on the pillow. When I'm lean (and have no pimples/scars on my face) I instantly become a better looking guy just by having more face definition and less "filler" between the aesthetic parts. Getting enough muscle proportionate to your skeleton size and maintaining that at 10%-12% BF is enough to look good. But we always feel like we don't have enough... I mean, I got shredded twice and I looked way better than I do now, but I still feel the need to bulk simply because my shoulder circumferece is still too narrow and I would love some more muscle.

But he still slays because the dude is just so damn charismatic. He would routinely go home with the prettiest girl while the two other friends I have with classic good looks did not. dude this is fucking spot on and ive been preaching this for years. Ive always been disrespected by guys for being more of a "pretty boy" and I have always had great muscle definition because I did sports and boxing but I have never been bulky. I was always "skinny buff". Im not even tall, just 5ft9 but i cannot fucking tell you how many times ive stolen a girl from a dude who from the male perspective should be way better than me but the girl liked me cause I was "pretty". The biggest experience that stands out to me was one time i was at a party and the girl i liked was hanging around this 6ft2 massive buff guy all night. I thought I had zero chance but then the day after the party she hit me up and said she wished shed been with me all night. She came over and we smashed. none of my boys believed me because from the male perspective the guy she was with was tall, buff and massive with a beard and I was average height, skinny and just a pretty boy but at the end of the day it's not about the male gaze.

I do however, beleive that there are definitely girls out there that like big men or the "bear mode/muscular dad bod look", kind of like a massive lumberjack. Obviously cant generalize it for all, but this tendency is rather high. Smart women prefer men who are fit and do have some feminine traits as well, but obviously DO NOT act feminine AT ALL.
