@@buddypal2380 yeah I got it & I got like 20 face ratings now and majority say I can get to 7.25 after I clear my acne & with age I can get to 7.5 when my features mature more into my late 20’s and early 20’s as I’m 20 now. Currently he gave me a 5.8, basically a 6 I’ll round it up to the nearest 10. So that’s accurate with the facial reactions that girls give me mostly all positives only a few girls may show netural or no emotions when they see me due to my acne being so visible it kills my harmony altogether. But if you wanna know your true score this guy got mines spot on & got it spit on with a few other guys who have rated my face in the past. I have quite few masculine features but my harmony goes more to the pretty boy side, I’ll go for the masculine look in my early 30’s so yeah it’s worth it

I had moderate acne my whole life and tried everything, oddly enough what helped me big time was actually throwing my skin care routines in the trash. I just exfoliate my skin in the shower with moderate pressure, a wash cloth and the hot-ish shower water. And then every couple hours or so, maybe less, through out the day i find a bathroom and I rinse my face with cold water a couple times. That paired with basic vitamins, and plenty of water has worked wonders. It may sound crazy but I haven’t “washed” my face, at least with any of those products in like 10 years.

Agreed, that's the case in most countries. I notice some asian countries, mostly in east asia (South Korea, Japan, China), skin care & make up brands also market towards men. It's common to see male celebrities/public figures become the face/brand ambassador of skin care & make up brands. Having healthy, clear, and flawless skin give major improvement on someone's overall appearance, so they really pay attention on that, and appointment for facial or other skin treatments to dermatologist is also common for men there.

Hair transplant is good when your hair loss is not severe like mine. I used minoxidil and finasteride and at most they slowed down the hair loss process, my father went bald at 23, I still have more hair at that age compared to that, but a transplant would be more than applying hair to the frontal part, it would be all over top of the head. Getting a transplant early in such a case is a really bad deal as your hairline will continue to recede and you would eventually need to return to the transplant clinic. It would look awful as your old hairline no longer fits together to look natural. Yes, shaving would make you lose some beauty points as shown in the video, but it is what it is, it sucked for me, however working in other areas to compensate for this is helping me, such as physical health, oral health, growing a beard and getting dressed better.

@@roadto1percent that comes more down to genetics yes there is a different but also 10 - 12 year round is unrealistic especially if your on the taller side. If your taller the more BF you have the more you get away with because naturally you look leaner if your shorter the less you have yea the bigger difference it makes at the risk of your overall health once you go below 12 it becomes harder to maintain year round and outright sucks in winter months. Also most people even those that claim to know their BF don't know it because most people just use calculators and scales which have a margin of error to them. Unless you get your bf scientifically tested with professionals you will not know it you'll have a ball park but that's it because it's carried so differently on everyone.

You know what honestly fuck all these people and redpillers. Do whatever the fuck you what. Not giving a fuck whatsoever and having confidence is what truly brings people in. What’s with all this about women? I don’t understand and honestly I wouldn’t ever do this just for women.

I use hairproducts, and when i wake up in the morning or even the same evening my hair is sticky and i have to wash it otherwise i can't put in products the next day. So I wash everyday, I use those products because my hair is very flat without and I've tried with natural oils and it looks ugly as hell. But I don't want to be receding at age 20. Should I completely ditch products or should I keep it like this

Honestly like 95% of people, even in the fitness community completely underestimate no. 1. The difference between 15% and 10% on the face is lightyears apart in all the subtle traits. And hardly anyone will ever get to 10% because it takes a lot of effort and discipline, people think they can just get a better haircut and improve their looks while maintaining 16% average young BF levels, nope, no chance.

Absolutely agree, the difference between 15% and 10% is HUGE in Facial Aesthetics.

Gonna disagree slightly with the "10-12% bodyfat is the ideal range for males" statement, but only becuase I see it as a case by case basis. If you're someone who has a less than ideal facial structure when it comes to forward growth, then going down to 10% can really expose this (especially in the eye area) and can actually start making you look fairly unhealthy and excessively tired. I think its all about finding that sweet spot of getting as low as you can before that starts to happen (and if you're lucky enough to have the bone structure to support 10-12% then go for it!). Anecdotally i've found that for some individuals sometimes sticking to a SLIGHTLY higher BF% and then, rather than cutting fat further, focusing fully on reducing water retention in the face (drinking more water, reducing sodium, improving sleep hygeine) can lead to the best results

@@lunistylz8260absolutely not true. Universally you will see jawlines at 10-12 yes, but many people can see it higher. I have mine before I hit 12%. It's the same as 6pack abs, everyone can see theirs at 10% but people with more hypertrophied abdominals can see it at WAY higher percentages (as high as 20). Bone structure plays the biggest role in jawline prominence. A guy like Henry cavill has basically a permanently visible jawline even when he's clearly bulking and a higher bodyfat percentage, he'd probably have to go into the 20s for his to not be visible. It's not just bf%, it's also fat distribution and bone structure. On top of that, if you have tight skin, muscular masseters and you reduce water retention then that all helps with being able to see jawline at higher bf% too

Hey man, could you please elaborate on the teeth thing? I actually have a decent face, but my teeth are yellow and crooked. I do have some bite issues and was thinking of getting invisalign. The orthodontist said I don't need to extract any teeth, so that's good. But what do you mean by avoid if you hear the word "elastics"? Please help!

I never knew that tooth extraction might ruin your facs so i already had it it didnt ruin my face yet i think my teeth are getting aligned but my biggest problem is that overbite caused recessed chin and this ruined my jaw line and cause my nose to appear big so will it work if i did chin augmentation after am done with my orthodonic treatment

Some good things, maybe borderline dangerous for easily influenced youngsters that now think they need surgery. My advice: Eat healthy, Exercise twice a weak 1one should be lifting heavy stuff. Take care of your skin and hair but don't go over the top with products. Work with what you have and dress smart. You only need 1 girlfriend, the rest is ego.
