Dophar ka normal khana ghar ka. Fir shaam ko 6 baje gym se aake apna protein shake. Paneer . 200 ml curd , fir raat ko apna khana. Uble huye aalo kha sakte ho. Craba jyada rakhna diet mein. 500 ml milk poore din mein. Ho sake to pahle kam peena fir dheere dheere badha dena.

Weight gain smoothie recipe that I'm consuming nowadays. Specially for those who might be allergic to peanuts milk almonds cashews or walnuts Take 3 bananas in a mixer Add 2 tablespoon honey ( you can add more ) Take 1 glass of coconut milk ( optional ) Add 5 dates or if you don't get constipation easily then add 8 at least add some choco chips Grind it all until you get a smooth liquid like paste then add some oreo biscuits as topping. I like mine this way but you can modify this recipe according to your available stuff. If you don't have coconut milk to add then the paste might be thick so you can eat it in a bowl :)

Dophar ka normal khana ghar ka. Fir shaam ko 6 baje gym se aake apna protein shake. Paneer . 200 ml curd , fir raat ko apna khana. Uble huye aalo kha sakte ho. Craba jyada rakhna diet mein. 500 ml milk poore din mein. Ho sake to pahle kam peena fir dheere dheere badha dena.

Weight gain smoothie recipe that I'm consuming nowadays. Specially for those who might be allergic to peanuts milk almonds cashews or walnuts Take 3 bananas in a mixer Add 2 tablespoon honey ( you can add more ) Take 1 glass of coconut milk ( optional ) Add 5 dates or if you don't get constipation easily then add 8 at least add some choco chips Grind it all until you get a smooth liquid like paste then add some oreo biscuits as topping. I like mine this way but you can modify this recipe according to your available stuff. If you don't have coconut milk to add then the paste might be thick so you can eat it in a bowl :)
