I and 42. I am hard gainer and i am very happy about it. Even though i am underweight by 1kg, i still like it. I can eat as much as i like and i hardly gain weight. I was 49 kg then and now 50 kg. But there hasn't been any change after hitting 50kg. Some wealthy ppl who can afford exotic food can't eat to their heart contend because of weight gain.

In my honest opinion, the weight gain journey is frustrating with the limited amount of food options we have. I try to eat healthy, but the lack of protein and fiber left me feeling hungry and reaching for sugary snacks. Gaining weight, especially lean muscle, was a constant battle for me. I hit the gym religiously, but despite a clean diet, I felt like I wasn't able to achieve my goal. Turns out, I was unknowingly missing a key ingredient: high-quality protein. But things changed drastically when I discovered Alpino Oats & High Protein peanut butter. The protein and fiber combo keeps me full and energized all day, and finally shows results on my weight gain journey.

Are you too struggling to bulk up like me? I hear you. Eating healthy was great, but low protein and fiber left me craving sugary junk and hindering my muscle-building journey. Hitting the gym felt pointless. But since I got to know about Alpino Oats and High Protein Peanut Butter, my journey changed. This power duo is a game-changer. Packed with protein and fiber, it keeps me feeling satisfied and fueled throughout the day. No more afternoon slumps or unhealthy snacking. The best part? It's delicious and you can say goodbye to bland protein shakes. Alpino helped me finally see the results I want to achieve and you can do that too

Here are some foods that can be included in such a diet for weight gain: 1. Protein-rich foods: Focus on including protein-rich foods in your meals such as eggs, lean meats (e.g. chicken, turkey, fish), beans, lentils, and tofu. 2. Healthy fats: Incorporate healthy fats into your diet by consuming foods such as nuts, seeds, avocado, and olive oil. Complex carbohydrates: Complex carbohydrates provide the necessary energy for weight gain. Good sources of complex carbohydrates include brown rice, quinoa, sweet potatoes, and gluten-free oats. 3. Fruits and vegetables: Include a variety of fruits and vegetables in your diet as they are a good source of vitamins, minerals, and fiber. Here is a sample meal plan for a weight gain diet without dairy and gluten: ➡️Breakfast: Omelet made with two eggs, spinach, and mushrooms. Gluten-free toast with avocado spread. ➡️Snack: Apple slices with almond butter. ➡️Lunch: Grilled chicken breast with roasted sweet potatoes and steamed broccoli. ➡️Snack: Gluten-free crackers with hummus. ➡️Dinner: Grilled fish with quinoa and sautéed mixed vegetables. ➡️Snack: Gluten-free granola with almond milk and mixed berries. Remember to drink plenty of water throughout the day, and to consume enough calories to support weight gain. Also, it's always a good idea to consult with a registered dietitian to create a personalized meal plan that meets your specific dietary needs and goals

Many people think that all high-calorie foods raise blood sugar level, but this is not always the case. In general, foods that cause blood sugar level to rise the most are those that are high in carbohydrates, which are quickly converted into energy, such as rice, bread, fruits and sugar.

Brown bread alone is not likely to cause weight gain, as weight gain is the result of consuming more calories than your body burns. However, brown bread is a source of carbohydrates, which can provide energy for the body, and if consumed in excess, can contribute to weight gain.

Food products typically provide information on the nutrient content of the food in its raw or uncooked form. This is because the nutrient content of a food can vary based on its preparation method, cooking time, and other factors. By providing information on the raw form of the food, consumers can better estimate the nutrient content of the food when it is prepared and consumed in various ways. For example, the nutrient content of a piece of chicken can vary based on whether it is baked, fried, or grilled, as well as the seasoning and sauces used in the preparation. By providing information on the raw form of the chicken, consumers can estimate the nutrient content of the chicken based on their chosen preparation method and other factors.
