yes I came do this Thank U
Starting PT next week. These look light enough to do in prep for it. Dr. Wants me to strengthen knee muscles. Having problems with knee buckling. 71 yrs old. Thanks!

You can add a soft foam yoga block under the knee while in a kneeling position. Especially, if one has a knee replacement.

Are these good for repairing a torn meniscus?
I actually believe my knees will let me do these exercises, so many times knee exercises don't take into account that not everyone is 20 something & 110 lbs.

BFR is better for knees .. what is BFR Blood flow restriction !
74 years old, full left knee replacement, right knee has problems, what knee exercises would be recommend ? thanks

I too have a TKR on my right knee. I've been told do not kneel on that knee.

You can try extending one leg out in front for a count of "3" and lower slowly. Be sure to sit up tall in your chair and breathe in as you hold and breathe out as you relax back into starting position. I continue to do this after 3 knee reconstructive surgeries, and it helps my quadriceps stay strong, and stabilizes the knee cap. Good luck!

That's for our benefit so that we mirror her movements without getting confused. When you look at her and look at the left side and mirror her, it will be YOUR left leg. Same on the right.
