I have flat feet- these exercises are really helping - Doing this to help my hip - This guy is the best on hips! I’ve just bought the hip recovery program and I’ve quickly become addicted to it - I had an arthroscopy six years ago and have suffered a sore hip ever since - his hip recovery program makes total sense regarding my foot stride strength, weak glutes and thus muscle imbalances - if you have hip arthritis get his program - if you get it most importantly engrain it on your mind and become obsessed with doing the exercises - As I can tell you it works - it did for me - The exercises are a life process I am going to do forever - you have to put the work in though, just buying the program doesn’t do it for you ! good luck with hip pain it’s horrible ! but this guy really can help you! Thanks, this is so informative! So I often hear that when your feet begin to feel achey it’s because you need new shoes. Is this a fact or should I just be swapping out the inserts?

Maybe I have flat feet because before my arches fell (well over 30 yrs ago), I never used to walk while concentrating on using my toes. 😔 Side comment…it would be fascinating to film a baby who is learning to walk. They say all babies are born flat footed. So as they develop, they naturally (probably) do all these things that you are advising. I have a 22-month old granddaughter and now that I think about it, her toes are curled much of the time I see her! And I always thought…well, over time, they will uncurl. Now I think her curled toes are a good thing! Yeah, they uncurl, but most of the time they’re really curled! This girl is gonna have some great arches!! 💪🤗

Is pain in the heels related to flat feet ?? Especially when standing too long. And can these exercises be ok to do while dealing with a knee injury?

Dear doctor, thank you very much. I have a question for you. I have functional pes planus and chondromalacia patella. Is strengthening my foot muscles, hip muscles and VMO muscles good for these disorders? In this video, you squeeze your toes with your feet straight in the walking exercise, is this correct or is it walking with my feet turned out a little?
