    My night time ritual is having the last hour before bed be candlelit. No other lights are on and I carry the candle to the bathroom if I need to go. Harsh lighting awakens me and I stay up longer than I should. Beeswax candles are less toxic if anyone wants to try the habit.

    It’s great to see what other women supplement with. I personally have taken Ritual-Prenatal for about 3 years now and I love it. I also love that you promote slowly waking up and having rituals. I created this ambience channel recently because I felt called to create soothing atmospheres. I had an abusive childhood and all I wanted was peace, so it seemed natural. When your cortisol is regulated at these key hours you really do feel better. ❤

    If you like supplements, you really should look into Irish Seamoss with Bladderwrack and Burdock Root added. Seamoss contains 92 out of 102 vitamins and minerals you need on a daily basis. The other two fill in the gaps missing from Seamoss. If there’s black pepper added in the capsule, that’s an added bonus. Pepper helps the body absorb the nutrients of the supplements better. If you’re into brain health and also having amazing hair, look into Ashwagandha . Loads of people take Adderall, but Ashwagandha is where it’s at. You’re supposed to take it 3 weeks on, 1 week off, kind of like how birth control works with the placebo final week. The results of the two things I recommended were instantaneous for me. I should add that I take Ashwagandha liquid capsules. Taking the liquid with the dropper made me sick, and the tablets didn’t give me any visible results. That doesn’t mean your body is like mine, so see what works for you. And I take a pretty high dose for each.

In general, it shouldn't be more than 20 grams a day. I had to have my gallbladder removed before I realized that coconut oil is super high in saturated fat.😂Oops!

    Great advice thank you! What to do though when my masculine husband (who’s always go go go in the a.m.) gets frustrated and resents my slow morning rituals? P.s. nighttime is absolutely fine because by then he also wants to wind down. It’s more the a.m. routine, where I want to start slow and he’s so resentful that I’m not up and going by 5 a.m!😮

    He needs to understand that women are different creatures than men. We need more sleep,our hormones are different and we are much more sensitive to caffeine. Tell him that if he wants his wife to be calm, well rested and productive, she needs her beauty sleep! Tell him that you refuse to compete with him and you'd appreciate it if he honored your choices that begin your day right.

    Good routine 100% Great video. Not everyone can take some Vitamin best to talk to your doctor and dietitian or any life change before doing anything. When you get to your 30s and hitting late 30s and 40s and 50s you need Vitamin D3 Magnesium because the body changes bones and the nervous system boosts muscles. I eat mint leaves and also grow mint. I mix some in lotion, which is good for the skin. I use a little caster oil and little cool water with lotion helps the fine lines and blemishes and scars. Also as I get older I need iron beans , figs , and broccoli. I need the energy for muscles and my body feels weak. Recharging the body with sun calling in the energy with mother earth reverse aging. I used to wear a lot of makeup but if it makes you happy do as you feel I don't wear much. Maybe a little mascara and eyebrow powder with water brush it in with brow gel and little clear lip gloss. SPF safe one protects the skin. I stay off pop and those sugar juices drink ginger tea helps when you're sick and has a lot of benefits. brushing hair 100 times to the roots and underneath it makes hair shiny, get knots out and keep the hair more rich.

    You can also make your own by getting marrow bones from the butcher and cooking them for 12-24 hours in the crockpot or just on the stove for 12 hours on simmer. I remove the bones when it has cooled, ladle it into a blender and blend. Then I ladle it into Super Cubes, which are silicone squares for freezing. Then when I want broth, I just pop out a cube and defrost it.

    Usually I appreciate your content. But this time I really don't. Honestly health claims made by you in this video could maybe even get you sued in some countries, because the claims you are making about some of your advised supplements are not proven clinical/scientifically and could be seen as alleged misleading or false product claims. Also you are sometimes mixing correct with false information, which makes it hard for people not having any knowledge in biochemistry to recognize that you probably don't have enough understanding in human biochemistry yourself to evaluate if what you are proclaiming is based on real evidence.

  • @VickitaTrivedi

    Which “claims” could get me sued? Curious, as I made the disclaimer of everything being based on MY personal experience and highly encouraged personal research. And what makes you qualified to assert your knowing as the “truth”?

  • @katelynnewsome8976

    @katelynnewsome8976

    I agree…I usually love her content as well but as I was passively listening while on my phone I was kind of shocked as to some of the health info she is saying. Yes, I understand that this is what she does and her personal experience but at the same time she was talking about how every woman absolutely needs to do this and that..etc. it was mixed language and intent. Also, strength training every day especially lifting heavy over half the time for women is sooooo good for you. It is scientifically proven that strength training alone prolongs your life (men and women). Do what exercise you love because you’ll stick with it but strength training is by far been proven to be the best type of exercise for everyone long term. The whole no gluten thing is insane and a scam if you aren’t allergic to it. She rlly needs to do more research though. It’s wild how much she thinks she’s right about this stuff. Not saying I know it all but I know more than her about it. You also don’t need a multivitamin if you have no deficiencies. Get them checked by your doctor first. That’s common sense. The whole hormone thing is so anecdotal when you go the natural route and I’m all for it but to say that every woman needs those specific supplements if they think or even know they have hormone issues is insane without having blood tests, etc. by your doctor. You know, there’s a lot of natural remedies that are great but everything natural is not good for you (poison ivy haha).

    @@katelynnewsome8976 strength training and body building is what keeps me sane haha. I exercise 4 times a week( intense lifting) and my PMS improved significantly. I used to have really bad PMS ( intense mood swings, migraines, intense cramps) now I only experience a bit of mood swings and some cramps in day 1. Also, by age, we lose muscle mass and the only way to prevent that is by building muscle mass with strength training 😊

    @@momikal2238 I disagree. This is a channel on self improvement and Vickita clearly follows advice from the Vindicta subreddit. It’s all about making sure your hair and makeup suits your face and is done well. Otherwise it’s the blind leading the blind. Your “statistic” about 80% of women going around without makeup is SO wrong. If anything 80% of women WEAR makeup. That’s why the beauty industry makes so much money on makeup and hair products and filler and Botox. Especially women in college to their mid 30s - these women take care of their appearance the most which is Vickita’s target audience. Like be so fr. I’m tired of this toxic positivity movement that we can’t give any women constructive criticism for anything. Her makeup isn’t flattering for her face simple as that. And just like she wants us to level up, I want her to look her best too. I’m never going to lie to someone. Also good for you if you’re “high maintenance” for wearing lipstick? Like lol what? I wear a natural looking full face of makeup everyday I didn’t realize that’s high maintenance?
