I have only dated guys who have given the bare minimum to me even though I gave them the world. I just got dumped by one today because he lost feelings for me, and this video genuinely speaks to me so much. I want to break the habit and recieve the love that I deserve.

A guy who gets hot and cold and leaves you confused about how they feel about you, is not meant for you. A man who truly wants you, will let you know consistently through actions. Please do not get into relationships with these men just because you want to experience what dating is like! Please don't let these men use you emotionally and physically just because most women are doing it. You deserve a lot more than someone who leaves you on read and plays you like a game. You are still young and you can already have high standards. You don't need to be 30 to realize that you are so worthy. Be patient, even if it takes years, you will save yourself a lot of traumas, toxic relationships and horrible memories. Trust me! This is such a timely video for me. I just broke up with my bf after he told me he´s not going to be more affectionate with me -after I asked for it- because I am not overly pretty. I am slim and blond and he´s 17 years older than me. That made me realize that my selfworth was so low that I allowed this low value man to disrespect me that way, which of course wasn´t a single instance. Thank you!!! This was SO helpful in coming to terms with the way I act with men. I thought I valued myself which is why I started dating again, but it turns out I haven’t quite figured out how to apply the brakes on my people-pleasing tendencies to my romantic relationships, then I realise that I’m suppressing my own needs to make my partner happy and then hate myself even more and it’s a vicious cycle. No more! UGH.

This really is my biggest issue! Im so understanding, caring/loving, and pretty simple. I appreciate the small things because thats me but also bc its what I'm used to. So when a man does something he's supposed to without me asking, its like the biggest thing to me. But I'm trying my best to break away from that.
