Thanks Before Running 🏃♂️ I didn’t Do Any Warm Up And Post Strech I Was Feel Lots Of Pain On My Legs But When I started These Warm Up And Post Workout Its Really Help Me 🔥❤️

I'm 58 years old and I'm just trying to get running. Last night I tried just to see my running/walking. I did about 9 minutes per kilometers. My stretching before and after is bad. I'm sore in the quads now. I'm saving your video and I'll try again on Friday! Thanks

Pre run 1.High knees 2.Butt flicks 3.walking lunges 4.Glute stretch Post run 1. Quad stretch 2. Hamstring stretch 3. Hip flexor 4. Groin stretch 5. Sumo stretch 6. Calf stretch

We do groin stretch through sumo squat . So they are same.

Very useful I started to jog recently. This helped me lot. I felt pain near calf muscles . This releived my pain. Now onwards in going to follow it.
