@@devikabhatnagar Hi Madam,I am following above principles but one problem I am facing.As per my job roles and responsibilities I am working and fulfilling all targets but all other heads of my department or my superior is saying I have to do other department work than I will get appreciation.But my heart is not agreeing to this.Even I raised this concern but no outcome.You please suggest what I have to do in this condition? I have to kill my self respect and do what ever others says which is not related to my job roles and responsibilities? Or I have raise these concern to higher level.Please advice.Waiting for your reply.Thank you.

Understanding people and organisation, Sincere, hardworking, cool, calm, focus, target oriented, speak minimum on general topics, productive work, advance studies, low limelight, listen more talk less, yes boss technique, keeping quiet, staying away from politics , avoid politics...trust no one and respect everyone...showing talent when ever possible....one more important point is meditation and yoga...thank you mam

Mam i am on that situation right now. I really like one of ur sentence that unsuccessful person, Gelouse person, they are not in ur level they only do the politics. In this sentence I feel really positive vibes.. My Zonal head doing politics against me.. Right now m feeling that may be m good from him in any one sector atlist that's why he doing this.. Yeah you are right to understand the environment or institute/department...but I must say one thing जीतना झुकोगे उतना आपकी मारेगे । ये सत्य है। आप सच में एक नौकर ही बनने की सलाह दे रहे हो मेरे हिसाब से, शायद में गलत भी हो सकता हूं। चाटुकार हर ऑफिस में हर officer को अच्छे लगते है। लेकिन ऑफिसर वही है जिसको पता हो की ये किसका काम है और ये किसका। ये नही की एक मेहनती है तो उसको मेंटली टॉर्चर करदो।
