His wife does wash them by hand down in the river. It's her cardio workout for the day, but also quite heavy lifting. I mean, 50 shirts at least a day .... you do the maths.

My favorite takeaway from this video is that every warmup needs to be given the same level of focus as a working set. Getting the mind connected to the movement and prepping the body for it make a huge difference.

He hit 211 kg before the 2017 ASC in prep for it, but honestly, I think he could get 220 kg and call it a day. I'm surprised he's never trained for a max. They've had maxes in major comps many times throughout his career, and that's the whole point of Strongman is to lift the heaviest and be the strongest you can be.

In the last years it always seemed that overhead were struggling events for him (except dumbbell) but I am happy to see him perform now

On the next episode of how many shirts is Brian going to go through during a workout.

B you are so inspiring! Strong physically and mentally! I will never pull numbers like yours but I will keep pulling my own big numbers. I just graduated undergrad today and am moving on to Montana for my masters. If you keep up the good work, I will keep up the good work! And answer Obi's facetime next time so he wont be sad please.

Shaw looks like he's got a lot more in the tank now being slimmed down and having cardio up. That will help with recovery and will allow more reps without gassing out so quick. Can't wait to see WSM 2021.

Have been to their new facility in Columbus and it is amazing. Has everything you could ever want and the place is massive. Got to try a prowler out in person before loading it up and taking it home. Super high quality equipment.
