    I think he realized being the biggest person is not the best anymore at worlds. He’s lost some weight. I think he has a great shot at getting it. Won’t be easy though with the likes of Alexis and Tom

    I get the feeling if he doesn't make the podium this year, this might be the end of an era. Shaw Classic is taking off nicely and really at his age, Brian doesn't have too many more in him.

    @@MyNamesGT 5 groups of 5 and they won’t know who is in each group until they arrive IIRC. Top guy in each group/heats through 4 events moves on. The 2nd and 3rd guy in each group have a stone off for the 2nd slot for that group. 10 make the final, 2 from each group.

    There are so many different materials on the market! They should make a compound of different materials to absorb the impact and bounce back! This amount of weight shouldn’t fly through the air like that no matter what!

    Yup. A layered mat, something like a 10mm neoprene top with a memory type foam under that with a more firm foam base all zipped up in a strong canvas cover.

    Because of Brian, I tried for the first time since I was a child, to lift myself off the ground with "monkey bars"...I did it! I pulled up and even did a couple of sets! (Perspective- overweight female using her own large weight{over 200 but under 300lbs} to build arm muscles...😳) Imma very proud of me-self...😁❤🍻

    I wish I could work out with you guys. I have much admiration for you, Oberst, Hall, Best, and all the strongmen around the world. I remember watching guys like Magnus Samuelson & Magnusson and Phil Pfister compete and Savickis (probably spelled wrong) and even remember seeing the moments like Mariusz winning back to back when it was showing on ESPN2. You guys are who made me love the sport and hope to achieve the caliber you have. Just as watching Jay Cutler and Ronnie Coleman in bodybuilding, you guys inspire me.

    That's just it . If he did 100% 2.5 to 3 hours a day . He might pull top 5 in WSM . But if he REALLY trained he could beat the log WR he had the world record I think it was in 2015 or 16 . The American world record that is .

    Holy shit Brian is looking shredded. Really hope he gets that 5th title. Not that his legacy needs it, already the best to ever do it IMO, but you can tell how hard he has been working and how serious he is

    On the front hold, they should put a level on the upper arm. Have to hold over a certain degree, if it dips below its done.
