This thing is going to be brutal, especially once you get it on more power, and eventually on bigger/tougher subwoofers. Even those Hiyanka subs are going to tear this truck up hard... you may not even need to "upgrade" after you get your power going. If you can't find a second JP amp to strap, I have some amp recommendations you could use as a replacement option. Keep doing what you're doing fam! Peace :D

@@BassAddict91 As much as people hate on them because they used to be really bad back in the day like 5-6 years ago, Taramps make some killer stuff especially these days. The Big Boss 5k or even the 8k amp is amazing. Over performs on output if you got the stable power (I know you got them LTO cells to get going!). If you check out Parker the Basshead's channel he did a review and first impressions video on the Big Boss 8k and it's impressive. I have a Taramps MD5000.1 5k amp and I'm about to upgrade to the Big Boss 5k. The best part is the Big Boss range is a smart amplifier so it will give you the same output over 1-4 ohms range (there are different models with different impedance ratings but the common one is the 1 to 4 ohm model) so not only will you get maximum power at your final load, but it helps combat box rise (impedance rise) especially if you can wire to the lower end of the load rating like 1, or 0.5 for the 0.5 model. As the box rise kicks up the resistance you will gonna make full power until you exceed 4 ohm, so if your box is super efficient you might not have much rise and you will have power for DAYS! Get yourself a high output alternator later on down the road to help charge up those LTO cells faster. I have LTO on stock alternator myself running this 5k amp and have no problem unless I give too many demos at one time xD Keep kickin' it bro and much love and support again from Australia! Git it!

Just one more note, if the 8k is 'too big' you can easily tune it down to the correct output to suit whatever subwoofers you choose in the future. It will allow a little flexibility, and will almost guarantee a strong output even with a whole sh!tload of box rise. If your box happens to have like 4-5ohms of rise, these "smart" amps will REALLY help a LOT.

One more question what's your box builder information

Im curious since you have run many scar audio subs and now your trying Hiyanka. Im looking for a dual 2 ohm sub but am torn between skar ix, sdr 12 or the hiyanka my brother has a Rockford Fosgate R2-500X1. I believe it does 500watts rms at both 2 or 1 ohm if im correct. Please tell me which one plays lower. Im goint to use an lc2i to tap into stock honda hrv head unit. Please give me your opinion ive asked a few youtubers so far noone has replied. I value your opinion since you been hands on with many of these models. To start off using the 12 ive had a basstube since early 90svuse to be in my shed has an old guitar speaker in it now. I hate how high it cross's over at. Think it plays full range. I have a passive crossover on it now crossed at 120hz still to high for my liking.

What alternators are you thinking about running? I've got my eye on a JS alternator for my ride so just wondering if you had any knowledge of that brand. ✌️🔊
