[4K] Last Resort Power on the Maryland Midland UBHF

On the night of November 22, 2020, we received word that the recently acquired YRC GP16 #1600 would be on tomorrow's UBHF. Why? Well two of Maryland Midland's locomotives would break down (2061 and 3450), requiring the use of all of the power they had left to get their train up the mountain to Highfield. Shot on 11/23/20.

I think they got the hint when both of the locomotives wouldn’t start the night before.
They have some solid power in the line up. I like that they snuck a newer EMD into the lashup! Thank you for the overhead shots - those allow us to hear the sound of power as each engine passes :)

Great video! They should have never gotten rid of all the the geep 38's they had! They had more backbone then all 4 sd40s they have know!
