Kinda remotely like those cans of spare fasteners we have in our garages. Can't buy that stuff. Only years or decades of accumulating spare hardware and pieces from disassembled and scrapped items fill those cans. I've got tall empty coffee cans with hardware dating back to the 1970's or earlier. Bolts, nuts, washers, etc. odd sizes.

Richard I want to thank you for all your tips and tricks on the 4L60E in my 2K GMC 2WD! Now the trans shifts the way it should and I like it! Trans -go SK kit, removed all the plastic pistons, shortened the 1-2 accumulator stroke, blocked the 3-4 accumulator, I didn't block the TCC valve, but I used the valve and spring in the S-K kit and it only moves maybe a 1/16 and it feels like a shift.Basically I followed the instructions but used most of your tips. Man it shifts nice! So Thanks a bunch back at ya!😁 Hi Miss Teresa! I also used Corvette servo parts and matched the springs for the accumulator in the valve body and installed the fiber check balls! The Trans only has 65K on it but I over serviced it and the pan was spotless ,just a small amount of gray matter on the magnet and the separator plate looked like new👍👍👍
