I don't know much about the origins of this one-off single but, I do know this is not Los Angeles' Carl "Little Caesar" Burnett, of Little Caesar & The Romans. This is Pittsburgh's Horace Caesar, who recorded sides for Recorded In Hollywood and RPM (1952-53). He was also a member of The Turbans that recorded for Money (1955).
