By doing this workout AGAIN i realised what is that, that i like so much in Nicole's workout. It's the mindful way of doing them. It's not about building muscles obsessively, it's about building muscles mindfully, by letting your body feel tired and keep on moving on, focus on your breath, realise which muscle is working and which not, what kind of contraction we need to have to maintain the right position etc. So i love this, because i'm in a phase of my life where i in general am trying to be more mindful about the things i do in my daily life.
