I've been doing your videos daily for the past 6 months or so and have cycled through every single one many times. I've recommended your videos to friends, family, etc. You are the best teacher I've ever found and have truly made me look forward to working out each day! Thanks to you I've become a giant Pilates fan! Thank you for all the hard work you put into creating videos for us - it doesn't go unnoticed! Can't wait until I can get back to Australia to hopefully take one of your classes in person.

it went by so fast i didn’t even notice 22 minutes had gone by, with other workouts im watching the clock to see when it ends. This video gave me a new confidence in my abilities

Both are enjoyable! It's always reassuring when you have to catch your breath after a difficult exercise (in the real-time recordings) :^)

I struggle with my mental health and I’ve found that whenever I do your videos no matter how short I always feel my whole day I son calmer and I actually feel accomplished with my workouts💗💗

the way you instruct makes me really enjoy pilates! I have a lot of sports injuries from when i was younger and its been difficult to consistently work out with one style but pilates seems to be really perfect for my body. Thanks again

Great one. From time to time I do some Pilates but I can never be consistent. This past Wk I did 3 days in a row of your classes and wished for like a wkly session. Hi Nicole, Thanks for another great workout! I really like doing the shorter workouts (15-20 mins) as they fit more easily into a busy schedule yet are also very effective (and can be paired with other shorter workouts). I also like the combo of focusing on two body parts - arms and abs, legs and glutes, etc. Very helpful to target these areas. I found it amazing that you could talk through this workout (rather than narrate at another time as you usually do). I'm sure that added another element of challenge for you. :) Thanks again for being such a delight and inspiration to all of us who are trying to get stronger and fitter through Pilates...and enjoy the process. You truly make this as effective and enjoyable as it could possibly be. Sending much love and good wishes to you. I love the 20 minutes or less videos for when I don't have time. Iwas looking for a 20 minutes weights and found this. I can feel my arms! I would honestly pay for more new videos, although I love the older ones too!
