45 Min DUMBBELL LEG WORKOUT at Home | Legs & Glutes with Dumbbells

This leg workout with dumbbells is just under 45 minutes in total and will totally work your entire lower body! Your quads, hamstrings, glutes and core will be tested!
Each exercise is performed for 30 seconds with 30 seconds rest for 4 sets before we move onto the next. There are 10 exercises plus burnout squats at the end!
For your reference, I am using 2 x 20kg dumbbells. If you have access to only lighter weights than you may like, simply do more reps per 30 seconds! And even don’t bring hips fully in at top of squats and also don’t come to the top in lunges!! 😉 This will definitely intensify it!!
Even though this is a legs workout with dumbbells as demonstrated, you can use kettlebells or filled water bottles!

Hi! Sameee! This was the video that hooked me to CG workouts. Started with 5 lbs doing this video and now I go through it with 2x25s. It took time but we are climbing the stairs to where we want to be ❤

This work out kicked my ass and I loved it. Half way through my legs were shaking but I love the fact that I can see you’re struggling too it definitely keeps me motivated through the whole thing
Great workout. My legs are shaking. I like that you don’t talk through the whole thing. Just having you suffering along with us, the timer, the music, and silent instruction/ques was perfect. Very well done!

I sat and contemplated doing this workout for a good 15 minutes before I finally got it together and just did it! Man I'm glad I did! What an awesome workout!!!! I felt so accomplished once I got to the end with minimal breaks during the workout! This is going to be on repeat so I can get those great summer legs!!! :)

I've been wanting to do this one for a long time! Beastmode early days😆! Really enjoyed it. I was throughly challenged with the 4 sets. I'm so used to only 15-20 second rests that 30 sec felt like an eternity😂! Loved the pliés and kneeling squats! Thanks again Caroline!

As gyms r shut found you on you tube search , Your workout videos r amazing , started following you from a week and I feel already light n breezy. Im a 40 year a old male. I started running last year July and never did any core training or any training on my off days at all. I got myself a dumbell set today and came across this vid. I can’t believe I just did that with 44 lbs of dumbbells! The only one I didn’t think I was going to make it were the lunges holding both dumbbells. I kept going…form probably wasn’t the best, I didn’t go as low as I should have and went a lot slower but somehow I made it. This was definitely a tough leg workout but it was ALSO a tough ARM workout! That was a lot of weight to be holding. But definitely doable…the 30 seconds of work actually seemed to fly by….maybe because of the last Caroline workout I did was 50 seconds of work with only 10 seconds rest! She really does challenge us, but it’s SO worth it!

I've been doing Caroline's workouts since April this year and I really like this one the best. I dont know whether it has something to do with the nice calming colours that relax my mind or it's the added 30 seconds rest. The other workouts feel a bit rushed and this stresses me out a bit. Please more workouts with 30 seconds rest! X

I love how these workouts are so incredibly challenging - I will be really sore - but they are structured in such a way that I can always finish them and I always feel accomplished and strong. I was only doing 8lb weights (that's all I have) but it was still so challenging!

I'am almost done with your EPIC I, but 2 weeks ago I injured my forearm at work and since then I couldn't continue it :( today I said I must do something. Since November 1, 2020 this is the first of your video workouts that I have been able to complete the entire session with 30 pound dumbbells. I have gained 10 pounds in lifting strength. Feels great and Thank you

I really love your videos Caroline! I’m on month four of using weights from home. The muscle definition is crazy!! My husband can’t believe how toned my quads are without stepping foot in a gym. Not to mention the booty gains 😊😊
