    These exercises worked splendidly for me when I weighed 240 pounds and went to the gym my first time. I'm 193cm tall, which I think is.. uhm, like 7ft(?) but 240 pounds still meant that I had a little cushion on my stomach - still I managed to do most of these exercises and with time I could do them all. Today, these are still good exercises but I do them more advanced (see his video for 44 best exercises).

    Great stuff I have just sent this to my brothers who are all sedentary workers {journalists actually} and want to get fit but complain of no time , too tired etc. I spent my time in the Aussie Special Forces, doing lots of these and your advanced ones, great work TeeMajor , more of the same please cheers from Perth OZ

    Good stuff - excellent example of a how beginners can apply an effective calisthenics program. I am a huge advocate of the use of calisthenics and unilateral bodyweight training. I watched your advanced video, very impressive stuff and excellent conditioning bro! I take it you were a military man? That tent looks similar to the Yanks set up in Leatherneck...

    I like the guys From military, you remind me when I was in A military school, it was alot of training out there mostly are bodyweight. these exercises are useful though

    ya ino thanks its starting to work using rubber band for assistance i cud only do 1 wide grip pull up without band now i can do 5 slowly progressing :)

    Hey Maj. Tee, What's your thoughts on the proper push up form? I got critiqued about my push up form at the gym and what I was doing was putting my elbows too far out causing something called shoulder arc. Your thoughts?

    no!!! you should do all pullups first, then all pushups, and in the end core exercices

    Close grip push-ups are hard as heel in the beginning. I couldn't even do one when I started, but after a while I started doing 5 at a time and now 10 or more

    And is there an intermediate version coming? + the transition from hanging leg raises to levers is quite hard isn't it..? Especially to call that a beginner exercise! Keep up the good work!

    That is what I call a great physique. I much prefer a physique like that as opposed to an overly bulked body from say body building. I find what you do extremely practical.
