Hey, I'm Tee Major.

My experience training military all over the world has really broadened my scope of fitness and I share it with you here in my videos.     I did this in high school, I weighted 165lbs and benched 310lbs. I'm now 47 years old, and after 20 years, I found that same chart, and I'll be doing it again. This things freaking works. After 1 workout, I've already moved to the next level.

    Do I continue with the pyramid method every time I work out on bench for the foreseeable future until I reach my goal, or so I switch it up to every other week?

    It’s important to switch up your routine on occasion. I throw this into my routine every other week when I work chest. My others days are 3-4 sets of either 3-6 reps (strength) or 10-12 (hypertrophy).
