That third rep is the first time I have ever seen you not lift it like it's a bag of groceries, and that's at FOUR HUNDRED AND THIRTY ONE FUCKING KILOS!! You're an absolute machine mate! Are you going to hit a target then taper off back down a bit and come back again for Las Vegas? Just curious because you're getting to/at the weight bracket where it doesn't matter how strong you are but will seriously affect your CNS and recovery will take longer, meaning less training

Ok went back to watch the older video 430 for 3 I am convinced he is extremely close right now to the strength required. Especially comparing the first rep I said i believed he 'could' pull 505. I now believe he will. He has looked in much better shape and already stronger with more time out I wonder did he really believe he was going to pull 505, or was it more coming from hope? This is the confidence of a man that will pull 505. I was convinced Thor would pull 501 even before his triple with 440, but that made it for me very likely Getting that feeling now with Graham Awesome

Just watch the little signals of your body and react properly to them. If you feel you need a day more to recover just listen to your body. Plan smart and stay healthy. Collect yourself for day X. I don’t know if any of you noticed this, but, if you see how he does those 3 reps, he’s holding at the top and then releasing and rising again, almost rdl, he holds it at the very end as well, could be tactical to apply more stress to the muscle, interesting, whether or not this is better than an explosive rise and drop I’m not convinced as always try and keep competition reps the same as training, however, this being reps and sets it could be a potentially smart tactic to exert more energy with less weight for more muscle fatigue, let’s see anyway, but I’m sure plenty will argue with the tried and tested and not straying from it, good luck hixxy, n remember, give it f***ing everything👌👍💯
