    @@adamstacharowski5231 BW comparisons get skewed the larger someone is. For a dude that is hitting legs once a year, that is impressive. He’s also lifting his own weight up on top of the barbell. Most people his size can barely lift themself off the couch. With training dude could get close to the bench and squat combine record. That’s pretty insane. No ceiling for this man

    Love your content bro. Just wanted to clarify something. If you train your legs would it not directly benefit bench though? Not an expert but have experience in lifting. IMO I think it helps with stabilisation in the bench and leg drive, I personally feel fhe difference. Even if i wear different shoes my leg drive feels off and i feel weird on the bench press haha
