Love the videos mate watched your full stream with Loz, sorry to hear of your recent divorce with Kim, you look to be doing amazing despite the lifestyle change and I really hope you rip that 505, cement yourself in history and start dominating some competitions. All the best man, keep piling that size on, weight moves weight to some extent thats why Eddie and Thor both bulked beyond their usual size for this DL WR thats for sure and they are both naturally bigger men. All the best you're an insperation, stay locked in big man!

You have the best looking shoulders and arms in strongman. It doesn't mean everything but it is a good indicator of your genetics and your training plus nutritional and drug knowledge. You may actually get the 505. I saw Bennie Magnusson go for it - he looked hopeless. Despite his heavy ass squats. He also wasn't bulking up to it - he was over bulked when he started. Knee pain comes from poor motion patterns. And poor motion pattern come from tight soft tissue (your fascia AND your muscle) That's it. The damage eventually accrues and people will blame it on cartilege or lack of fluids - but it was the poor motion patterns all along. I'm not a young man ... had to figure that shit out since I am heavy but like to run. Hardly any one talks about it apart from one running trainer... he preaches static active stretches and various activation/strengthening exercises. Works better than yoga asana. And I'm a yogi...

A SSB good morning in front rack is not really a front squat. Its cambered and is incomparable to a true front squat. Of course Graham is freakishly strong though

Jesus Hicksy! That 420 for 3 and this 310 for 3, you are bang on the bubble for the 505 mate! Just out of curiosity, you ever tried to see your max DL without a suit on? I saw thor do 410 without, but your 420s with a suit looked so easy I think you could easily pull 440 raw!
