Been following for quite a time now, with hafthor and eddie hall, brian shaw, etc. Ive become so huge admirer of both of you and i hope and really think Tom going to be most winning athlete in worlds strongest over time. I root so hard for what the bunch of you stoltman's got going on at the moment, and its just so inspirering and humbling to be able to watch the growth we all see through this channel and other competitions recaps and so on. I just started learning about Glycogen stores in the muscles, and how it lessens with age. Which is insane to think about when thinking of strength and the amount of energy storage is needed for strongman, you young men really are superhuman

I'd say Luke will probably last the longest in the cold tub as he's very passionate about cold morning swims, but, will brother rivalry spur Tom on? Kinross Army base looked impressive, thought they might get you both doing some training exercises with them, which probably would be very good, especially with fitness and endurance.

Oh yeah!

For people who aren't familiar... The longest I've sat in 34-f water was 3 minutes, and I wanted OUT. My brain was reacting way differently versus a warmer setup... Seriously, it is SO much harder than say 43 degrees F, which I can manage for 5-10+ mins pretty easily. Tom and Luke are moving around quite a bit, and their new tub might be circulating water too, which means they can't keep much of a thermal layer to make it easier either. If that tub is near 0 C, then it is certified brutal. Have fun boys! Wish I could join you, I'm a tall fellow myself.
