I enjoyed that guys, thank you. Been battling depression since November, and haven't worked out at all, and gained back all the weight I'd lost doing your videos. But the sun is shining again and I'm fighting my way back. Working out with you both every day, I know I'll beat this xx

Mumofmany don't give up last year I lost motivation and stopped working out and gained 40 pounds. As of today, I lost all 40 pounds thanks to HASfit's inspiration and motivation! You can do it we are all cheering for you! Best of wishes :-)

I decided to watch this video before tackling it. Watched it a couple of times before doing it because I am 65 but in pretty good shape. Well let me tell I finished the entire workout. I was drenched and a little sore but I feel pretty good. Will continue to follow and support this team to see if I finally lose the weight. I am toned but cannot lose weight. With this workout I think I might be able to get the weight loss results I am seeking. Thanks so much. ❤️

after more than one year doing this full body training at home i just came today to say thank you hasfit .. this training particularly has became one of my favorite full body home dumbbell exercise.. it helps me to lose fats and improve my stringeth .. thank you for all gr8 free videos .
I am over 60 with some critical health issues. HASFIT gives me a variety of options so that I can push myself hard but not over do it. They make me feel comfortable whichever variation I choose. And I love their combination dumbbell exercises. They are low key but very challenging. I would give them 5 stars.

I did today’s workout - out! Yup. COVID-19 in the GREEN. A gym in my area is open. I had two muscle fitness guys come by to see what I was doing on my iPad. You guys always produce a rock-hard routine, easy to make fit how I am feeling that day! Thank you, coach! And of course, your beanie , Claudia!

Fantastic pure weight workout. Combo moves are challenging mentally. You want to lift heavier but you know you can't and after you are glad you kept it safe.
