This one was friendlier to my wrist and neck. I know u have a tutorial about this but still, neck doesn’t like the straining. So this was the perfect Mount. Let’s see how The wrist and neck feel as the day wears on. Thank you! ❤️

I discovered your channel recently and it's amazing! Your workouts look very fun and creative, I love your energy! Tomorrow I'm gonna start your 1-2-3 Challenge, I'm so excited! Even though I have reached my ideal weight, I really need to burn my skinny fat and build lean muscles.
