I think you just do the same thing, but specify a different delimiter to tell excel where to split.
where can i find ctr+z ctrl+y buttons?

This is NOT splitting cells, it's splitting DATA in the cell.

You are correct, but maybe titled it as splitting a cell (singular instead of plural)?
