You gave me motivation to pull through with out stopping but I have been doing some of his workouts for 2 months now and do a lot with dumbbells but never stop going if you think it’s too much keep going I thought that challenge was hard doing it but as I’m done I feel like doing more workouts saying that I’m gonna go do that now ending it here hope this motivates everyone

I literally completed the whole workout without a single second pause. Really man follow his workouts tips work hard then nothing will be hard for you. Awesome work Igor keep going
day 1 = 30 i feel like my stomach is burning,,crunches became harder as i kept doing it.....did some mistakes tho....i'll try my best to update it every day❤️

Amazing video Igor, you are giving us these videos all the time and we are not grateful enough. Thank you once again, but if you want some proper gains, or fat losses which are more important for gaining abs, you should follow some structured and personalized diet plan! I got mine from Nextlevel diet, but I believe there are many more great options (especially if you are lazy like me and hate counting calories and macros). I just lost nine lbs of fat in my first month, but I have just started 💪
God!! The burn is real 🔥🔥 I stopped at 26 but only did 20/26 but so proud of myself, it’s become a everyday-workout for me for sure I’ve been doing your legs wo for a week now and already feeling changes, thank you keep going!
