    Hi. This is exactly what happened to me. Had no idea I had a leaky gut until labs showed high levels of systemic inflammation. Did an elimination diet and now trying to work on a proper diet. Just about anything in a box, can or bag has nono items in. The US food industry needs so many improvements 😢
