What would you advise or coach someone in their late 30s that is not married, no children, no family alive, overweight, has depression and she can’t find a purpose in life?

Start by walking in place for 15 minutes and eat one healthy thing a day like a bowl of fruit or salad. You will slowly begin to change. Your body will naturally crave more good things. Start slow.

Hi Sofie...my question to you is, I had hiperthyroidism during a few months and was told not to have algie, soy, garlic, some greens tomatoes, pineapple and others high in iodine... This confused me as I love these fruits and vegs and used to consume them daily. At present my thyroid is normal, so can I go back to eating these things? Also I weigh 54 kilos, but I have a lot of vísceres fat around the middle and arms, I'm 62 by the way and very active. Love watching your videos, they're such a big help ...thank you! xx

It's hard for me to advise without knowing more about you health history. Add one back in at a time and carefully chart your symptoms.

Hi Sophie, thank you for all information, I have watched some of your videos. I am 56 and I have hypothyroid, I have been exercising for 7 years now and desperately need to loose the last 5 kg but there is no shift. There is very confusing information on the internet, I tried a lot of approaches to my diet with little or no results. I must say that I cannot eat only plant based diets, I get so bloated and gassy from eating only plants, it is unbelievable, I look six months pregnant, my whole body is swollen. Plus because I exercise and I am active (I do 13000-16000 steps a day without trying, it is the nature of my job) I am ravenously hungry, I am never satieted eating plants, I feel weak and tired, I have belly ache and after 2 weeks I start binge eating. So is there another aproach?

If you need help on dialing all of this in and you're ready to do so, you are welcome to book a Discovery Session with me - a plant-based diet has to be done right.

Fermented beets are great. I prefer the veggie to the fruit - which has no fiber.
