4 Easy Upper Back Pain Relief: Stretch and Strengthen Your Rhomboids

Are you suffering from upper back pain between your shoulder blades and spine? Do you want to stretch and strengthen your rhomboid muscles and improve your posture and mobility? If so, this video is for you!
In this video, I'm going to show you some exercises that can help you relieve rhomboid pain. Rhomboid pain is a common problem that affects the upper back, between the shoulder blades and the spine. It can be caused by poor posture, overuse, injury, or stress. The exercises I'm going to show you are designed to stretch and strengthen the rhomboid muscles, as well as improve your posture and upper back or thoracic mobility.
The exercises are:
- Chin tuck: This exercise activates the deep neck flexors and aligns the head and spine.
- Cat cow: This exercise mobilizes the spine and stretches the back muscles.
- Side lying thoracic rotation: This exercise improves the mobility of the upper back and the chest.
- Threading the needle: This exercise stretches the muscles between the shoulder blades and the spine.
I will explain how to do each exercise step by step, and give you some tips and modifications to suit your level and comfort. You can do these exercises daily or as needed, depending on your pain and stiffness.
By doing these exercises regularly, you will notice a difference in your upper back pain and tightness, as well as your posture and mobility. You will feel more relaxed, flexible, and strong in your upper back area.

Hi, I am a new sub. I watched your vid. on stretching while laying on bed. I'm finding these very beneficial, a relief, to mild aches. I will try these exercises, my posture is not good, and yes back pain. My work is trenuous too. I will find time to do this...☝️😌
