Thanks to these recipes, I see parallels between Japanese cuisine and the cuisine of my homeland. This allows me to make "Japanese soups" more often and enjoy new flavors with ingredients I can easily find (also the soups are VERY healthy)... Thank you for the video! ❤

Great tastes and also made simple, Sayaka. I love all the ingredients except umeboshi and milk in soup. My favs are the salmon/egg rice ball and the tomato soup. I know in Japan one can often buy small packages of many foods, very handy. Here in Romania many packages etc are for 4 main dishes for 4 people. Great episode again, arigato!

Arigato for always giving me warm comment. I'm so happy to hear that. Yes, I really like the small package of the food in Japan 😁 And, I remember you don't like umeboshi 🤣 Please enjoy the other type of onigiri hehe

❤Sort of Japanese style rice & soup🖤 Umeboshi* was loved by my father. I have not tasted it still though. Dashi* is I assume that implies stock. In🌎these world with my point of view: state of capsule* stock* will be good. Capsule state for making stoch has used well by me thus I decided trying to use some after moving to my house. Anchovy stock is best I always like the most but it causes sometimes worrysome if they are clean. Products of Thermos*! It has been famous long tradition maintaining hot or cold. Korean department(: store) stores have the brand have been using growing. I have bought myself before as well. Fully cooked Salmon* has great merit that there is no bone to mix rice. When I roll gimbap I want to substitute for canned tuna. Thanks for teaching. See you next week.
