A few things: 1) After making this video, I ran more tests ( ~120 maps) and this is my current Spectre Config: a. Mapping: 1x Perfect Hydra, 1x Perfect Blood Demon, 1x Perfect Dancing Sword b. Bossing: 1x Demon Harpy, 1x Perfect Blood Demon, 1x Perfect Dancing Sword 2) PoB and written guide: www.poe-vault.com/guides/minion-army-necro-build-guide 3) 100 Chaos Showcase: kzread.info/dash/bejne/Zm2hp6Saj72-kdY.html 4) How to level up: kzread.info/dash/bejne/dImeqclmfsLSlag.html 5) TLDR for the whole video: Hydras are a lot of fun, but they're not tanky. I'm still gonna use them since they feel amazing. Roll your maps properly, stay away from rippy content, and you can use them even in the low budget setup. 6) !!! Go for a Hydra first (not Perfect, not Imperfect) since it's only 15 chaos and see if you can keep it alive. If not, the Frost Auto Scouts are still a good option for clearing !!!

when you wanna go for bossing how do you switch the Hydra for Harpy ? You have to summon y'all spectre again ?

@@Klemor You unsocket your Flesh Offering and Desecrate, remove your Raise Spectre Gem in your hideout and you're gonna get their corpses on the ground. Summon 2 of the 3 spectres. But.. gem a +2 wand www.pathofexile.com/trade/search/Affliction/Kln88rgU5 // Empower 3, and go for 4 Spectres: Blood Demon, Perfect Dancing Sword, Perfect Hydra, Harpy (or something else instead of Harpy).

@@Klemor Yup. Remove the Spectre gem and you get the corpses in the Hideout. You remove the Desecrate + Flesh Offering from the trigger wand to not consume them.

Hey, this leaguestarter was very solid. I completed my atlas very easily thanks to it. I wanted to switch to arakali now I got some money, but I'm scared it wont be as good as the army, with the new specters. Do you have any concerns about it, or would you say Arakaali still a better build?

Hey. Thanks! Glad you liked the build. I'd say the Fang is still a better build, and I'm gonna transition into it in a week or so. We won't be using Specters on the Fang. It's gonna be hard to keep them alive. I'm still gonna try to do it, but I can't recommend it (at least atm). Just the Spiders, since they're immortal. Try it out. Although nerfed, the build is still really good (and Uber Viable with high investment).

The build will stay in its current config, and I'm going for level 100 Solo with it. Should be done by the end of next week. Probably gonna get a 2-3 Flask Mageblood in the meantime, but I'll refrain from using it on this build. Then, transition into Arakaali, and we can start the Project Mageblood series.

Just started playing this build yesterday and having a blast on it so far up to level 45. Couple questions though: 1. When should i convert to full skellies instead of SRS? -Currently have a 6L chest with 5L skellies and srs bc srs seems to kill quicker and i just use skellies for rares or higher. not really too sure when i should pull srs off and use the link for skellies. 2. Whats your opinion on the new skills with skelly mages/rangers vs warrs? -Im considering running one of the new ones just bc ranged seems more chill/consistent but not sure what the dmg looks like with this build.

Hey. Glad you like the build. 1. I usually convert after I have enough currency to assemble almost the whole build, at around 2 Divines farmed. If you're a new player, my recommendation would be to first farm some Essences in low tier maps, make 5-10 Divines and then go for tier 16 maps. You can either use those 10 Divines to upgrade the Minion Army further, or you can go for a better build, the Arakaali's Fang Occultist. 2. I haven't tried out the Mage/Archer Skellies so I can't tell you how good they are in tier 16 maps.

hmm if i run 5 spectres{empower support /+1 to gems wand for 4 spectres and an armor piece that has plus one spectres from armor so 5 ) what would be the recommended minion setup i currently using 1 pHydra 1 pMisHulkcreatiion 1 pwarlord 1 pForestiger{i lihe the haste buff XD} and 1 frost auto scout scared my hyrda will die but so far so good has not died/ got a wand with minions are agressive / and a helm with mods supported by 20 min damage & 16 minion life wonder what u would recommend?

@@lunastera1282 Hey, take a look at the new PoB that I posted and maybe replace the Scout for another Hydra. Don't buy Perfect, just a regular Hydra. My gems are: GMP 20/20, Empower 3, Raise Spectre 20/20, Summon Phantasm 20/0

I love minion, but I hate the animated guardian and that's why I haven't been doing minion builds. I think it's horrible having to equip the AG, not to mention that lately the best AG setup is expensive as hell.

Hey. The last time my AG died on this setup was below level 90. So yes, it can die, but it's really cheap (check notes). If you want to make him tankier, add a Gruthkul's Pelt. I dunno why but it's only 35c :D Gonna go buy one right now. You don't need Kingmaker and if you're gonna add it in PoB you're gonna notice that a Dying Breath Staff is almost the same DPS. Kingmaker could be better in really high investment Crit setups.

@@Lucar77 Jug BS is a lot tankier than this build! Once you move into tier 16 maps, add an Aegis Aurora and spec into Safeguard and Arcane guarding to be a lot tankier than me. Try the setup with and without Glancing Blows.

I've got one dilemma: I've got a +2wand with 68% increased damage for minions and I've got a +1 wand with 153% increased damage for minions and 36% critical strike multiplier for minions. I don't know which one is the best to choose... Is 1 zombie and 1 skeleton is better than 100% more damage ?

@@Klemor Take a look at the low budget PoB on PoE Vault (the second one) and you have some custom modifiers there. You can copy those in your PoB. It's not perfect, but it's close to your actual dps.

Don't really know tbh, but it may actually be better since it's a low budget build. Try it out and see how it goes, or if you want to, you can go for Ghazzy's Zoomancer, (which has a Guardian PoB as well) add 2 Explode Charms, spec into Spiritual Aid and it's gonna feel similar to this.

tbh during showcase I saw the dps so dogshit,but after you saw the gear I'm suprised with all that shitty gear this build can do T16,that's actually pretty remarkable,I can see potential in spectre now,tbh I might reroll soon :D

😅It's 4 Div. This is how the endgame version looked like last league: 1) kzread.info/dash/bejne/Y2uf2pKLg5vVobA.html - walking sim with Mageblood 2) kzread.info/dash/bejne/a4appbWlgNqbdag.html - zoomy without golems and with Shield Charge These 2 version had survivability issues vs Ubers though, but for everything else they were really good.

why can't we use more than 1 Hydra or use Hulk ?

Hey. Use as many as you want. I see that Perfect Hulking Miscreation is cheaper now. It was really expensive after Ghazzy made that video. Good Spectre as well. Since they're not tanky, some players are gonna get the Hydras killed 😅 That's why I'd recommend only 1. If I would invest more into this build, I'd run 4 Hydras

@@sylarasylum1299 Thanks! If you want to make Zoomancer feel like my build, just add 2 Explode Charms and spec into Spiritual Aid. Zoomancer has more damage than this build.
