This cop is one of the weird I have seen he can't even get his story right ,pot ,mud flaps, running, and he read a book and suspicious behaviour. His mum probaly still ties his shoe laces for him.

I once had a cop walk up yo my vehicle and immediately attempted to open the door. I had my window down and the door was locked. The first thing he asked was why my door was locked. My answer was, so you can't do things that you just tried to do. I always keep all of my vehicle doors locked at all times. Whether I'm parked or driving.

It's scary to think cops can do this. I am Canadian and always imagined visiting USA. But not now

Years a go i took my 5 year old son to NYC because he wanted to up the Empire state building.Any how while walking up Fifth avenue we encountered a horse mounted police officer and my son,s eye lit up when he was allowed to pet the horse and the police officer probably broke precinct policies but he picked up my son and put him in the saddle and even put his police cap on him. I took a pic and still have that pic some 40 years now. So not all cops are bad.

I’m so seriouse this is why all American’s need to come together under the Bill of rights. Please stop being a part of the problem, understand your rights and what cops are allowed to do.

All these cops should be in jail and their pensions revoked.

I mean the dude at the end kinda deserved it all . He was being extremely difficult from the beginning when she actually had valid reasons to pull over.

Slush funds it's extra funds appropriated for unexpected expenses or to pat for things that wasn't approved by tax payer money so a local or state entity has a Slush fund account from money thar haven't spent on budgets each year so it goes into Slush fund account. But that alphabet bot won't have to pay out of his own pocket it will come out of Slush funds and he don't have to pay for a lawyer his job supplies that too.

The woman officer was being nice at first but the black guy started to be a smart mouth ! You noticed that she said she wasn't scared of him once back up arrived. Women police officers are the worst ! They know they can't defend themselves against a man so they get a little testy when back up arrives !!
