@@dmancrockett Shuddup!! He wasn't 'in" anybody's house, sleeping on their floor. He was on their property, sleeping on a patch of grass, a few feet past their "NO TRESSPASSING" sign. All that was needed, at the most, was to extract him from the property and write him the citation, whether he could afford it or not. He was not aggressive, and he was fully compliant with the cops' commands. You would make a great "Scarecrow" in "The Wizard of Oz".

The law enforcement officers did not give a damn about any of the kids, THEY had to go home to THEIR families that night. What about all the children who didn't? The cop who broke Heriberto's neck had injured other subjects in the past by slamming the brakes on and causing them to fly forward the same way . Never charged or put in prison , allowed to retire with full pension after 2 yrs suspended with pay .The lady officer was promoted to sergeant .
