Simple fix but they don’t want it. End qualified immunity, judicial immunity and have a citizen review process who can also make that decision to end it instead of corrupt judges who are in same criminal system, no more paid vacation, when fired or resigned due to avoid prosecution signs a paper to loose their certification and never be allowed back in. Union funds, department funds pay as well as something comes out that paid criminal checks or pension. And lastly they have to pay insurance like a hospital or dr. Citizens review board, citizen judge, prosecutor and citizen arrest capacity to handle cases when it involves LE, or government officials who violate their oath or commit crimes against humanity. They could fix the problem but they won’t because they steal money and property and freedom from people to fund the corrupt criminal enterprise

The 2nd clip really pissed me off. The chick accuses all the officers of being racist, calls them every name in the book, tries escaping multiple times, then intentionally flops herself onto the floor of the cruiser and starts crying about it. That officer should have been reprimanded for sure but I don't blame him 1 not for letting her sit in the position she put HERSELF in

@@lakeedwards6408 Is there a link? Why would a cop go hands on with an innocent civilian? I am not going to say the cop deserved it, but perhaps the cops actions contributed. It seems to be far more common for cops to do a Judge Dredd on an innocent. The recent case of the cops "rescuing" a kidnapped girl into an early grave being just one of many examples.

Cops being fired in America is pathetic as they can just go to another Police department and be hired. Here in Australia if a cop is fired they will never be employed as a cop anywhere in Australia.

I have seen many times police treating African Americans this way and worse ! This cops should be in jail not on the weapons! Some of them are like wild animals!

Throwing a punch at a cop is the only reason the 1st situation got crazy... The cop obviously shouldnt kick a downed man in the face. They should both go to jail, but the cop should stay for years, the drunk driver should only do 90 days.

Being fired should in absolutely no way shield them from legal sanctions. A judge should have stripped Livi’s qualified immunity and then had him charged with public endangerment.

As of two days ago; Caygle had the judge dismiss the aggravated assault and then he got sentenced to 60 days with 7 already served.

America should have a public registry for dishonored cops and what they did.

Halfway through & all I'm doing is laughing at idiots who got what they deserved.. that lady got treated exactly how she treated the officer. Show respect, get respect. She wanted to scream & fight & try to escape. She clearly had absolutely no difficulty breathing with all the screaming & crying this "tough girl" was doing. I would have ignored her too. I'll bet she was high on something.
