@@ZeroSevenDK Who gives a crap if someone see's it as Macross or Robotech? I grew up when the Robotech show was new. I watched it growing up. Most of us didn't know it came from another series in Japan until much later in life. Both are correct. Any time I see anything Macross, I still think of Robotech. I love both series, but Robotech will always be the one I think of first. Transformers are just rebranded Diaclone toys, but a lot of people don't try to correct others when someone mentions Transformers.
God it looks like an actual photo. I think it's your best project so far.
fantastic, The files for the printer is something you should look into selling you put a lot of work into those so No reason you shouldn't get paid for your hard Work.

I would say the wheelbase is too short and the track too narrow for the apparently top-heavy trailer. Maybe the owner has loaded it to keep the weight low to avoid tipping it over.

I’m just getting back into model building/painting after a 30 year hiatus and this was fed this on my YT feed; I can’t believe that this exists and that it costs less than $500. WOW
« It has some obvious flaws » Man, I love your sense of humour.
Excellent 3D Print Fictional Dystopian Black Market Trader Scale Model Vignette, respect from Venezuela.💯👍🤘
First thing that I saw, UN SPACY insigna from Macross ! Amazing kit and 3D printing ! Keep going ! 😉
KZread regulations force me to mark this video as a paid promotion (I received the printer free of charge to try it). This does not mean I was paid to state any of my observations, my comments are entirely my own. @@droneforfun5384 the thing is receiving a review sample doesn't equal paid promotion, unless in the mind of triggered millennials on twitter and reddit. Which is the cause of these stupid new rules about "paid promotion". If we take the same "rules" then Fine Scale Magazine and their youtube channel as well as other modeller channels like Andy's Hobby Headquarters etc would have to have all their review videos plastered with paid promotion because most modelling mags receive free review sample kits from model companies. If we applied the same standards to back when I worked as editor for a tech and videogame printed magazine every page would have to have a banner saying it's paid promotion because well tech and videogame press get free review samples ahead of release which people now think equals paid promotion.

Yes! More vids on using Blender to design and print parts on the photon 3D resin printers, please! Love your tires and trailer! Very authentic appearance. 👍👍👍😎😎😎
Maybe a deployed mini satellite dish? Excellent video. Always enjoy your projects!
Beside the creativity and quality of the build, which everyone has pointed out already, I want to commend you for the principled position on sponsorships that you mention. A lot of KZreadrs accept sponsorships from any company on any terms, and then it turns out that company is involved in less-than-desirable practices towards workers, consumers, etc. And others simply promote products from those sponsors without any thought.
I really appreciate the added editing showing the airbrush PSI settings and such. It's really helpful!
Should consider selling that kit! Looks amazing.
ASOMBROSO ......Un trabajo de quitarse el sombrero 😱 😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱
To deal with the smell: I have my 3D printer (Anycubic Photon) in a simple cabinet with an active carbon filter and a bathroom fan, gets rid of all the smells, stinks like hell otherwise...
@johanneswetzel3023

I'm using resins from Siraya Tech - fast in grey color and the blu - with my Photon Mono and the odor is barely noticeable! Even while printing. The only smell there is the IPA while cleaning, but that evaporates quickly. I'm using the wash-and-cure too and the whole process still is a bit messy and smelly, but way better then I expected.

Always use gloves when you are handling resin either pouring out from the bottle or before the print is cured under UV lights.
Very nice, thank you for sharing!!!!!!
It is wonderful. But we should talk about the flaws- which I don't see. A pleasure to watch
A Macross Logo..... and no Valkyrie or Minmay :o Jokes aside great Work ^^
I get strong hardtruck apocalypse vibes from it
Scale-a-ton, you have absolutely spoiled me! I now watch other videos & look at my own work & think "well Scale-a-ton could do it better", lol. Your work is amazing, and thank you for sharing it with us. Cheers
I would recommend getting a flexible build plate it will make getting parts of the build plate a lot easier
You knocked this one out of the park well done mate ! I think you were very honest with your appraisal of the 3d printer, and managed some fantastic scratchprinting. On top of that, this is an awesome build with the usual top quality paintwork ! Inspirational
An absolute stunner. The amount of detail put into that trailer is insane. Great video.
Fantastic, like the trailer, Macross!!
супер. очень кропотливая работа. ждем новых творений...
Takes skill, unlike so many other youtube channels. Good work
Holy bananas, that design work, and printing, and painting ...! I could have watched hours and hours of this build.
I wouldn't be surprised if you could print, assemble, and paint a fully functional car at this point Great work!
Love the UN SPACY logo
Замечательная работа!отлично покрашено!Золотые руки!
Would you be able to do a tutorial video of how you designed the car bumper or window fence in blender ? Might be perfect for beginners.
Just stumbled across this, what a stunning piece of work! You Sir are an artist!
That looks awesome! Love the Macross emblem.
Love the robotech reference
Very nice work on the model. Just one small detail if i may. Regarding the actual logic of it, so the people that thought this out. Thie will not happen with a trailer like that. The apc itself will carry the stuff in the back. The trailer invites a host of logistic problems in the world it,s portrayed, easy target for others to get it. To carry mire stuff, get a military truck alongside the apc and now you have a lot more mobility, cargo and extra defense as more people will be present.
Just wow. The details.
Excellent work boss! Especially on the trailer! Those grocery racks and the slots they ride in are amazingly well rendered! And that front bumper and windshield screen should be on the market to buy because I would love a set!
U are so lucky, having 3d printer for parts
So cool! You need to get a 10W UV flashlight so you can use the resin both as glue and filler on the resin parts. Cheap on Aliexpress with usb charger!
A piece of art. I’m glad you’re modeling and sharing your art! Hope you can come to Brazil for a workshop in a near future !
Man, you are amazin at modelling and a true inspirtion for me, I love your work, congrats
get yourself a magnetic plate, makes remove parts sooo much easier

Superb !!! 3D printer makes great power for scratch building. You're almost a manufacturer now,
Right when my modelling skills improved to show my models in public, this video comes across just to let me know I am in the past and there is a whole world of new possibilities. Outstanding job! Please do something with aircrafts.
*That's a huge result, with 3D printer and software knowledge his user can make everything or almost ... 👍👏👏*
Outstanding work Sir.Outstanding.
its the best advertisement for DLP printer ever seen , i serious
Your builds are always very original and interesting. This coupled with your skill and techniques combine for some great content.
That trailer looks like a commercial kit (granted, of an imaginary trailer) without the expense of molding machinery and crew to operate them, the box and manufacturing capacity to make and print them, no decals or instructions needed. How long until commercial model kit manufacturers figure this out and start selling just the files online?

I've been searching for some time now for someone to sell scale/military STLs. I can buy any number of Marvel and 'ancient historical' busts but no aircraft or vehicles, apart from small wargaming aircraft and tanks (eg. 1/100 or 1/200).

@@N17C1 That's probably due to the fact that real life models need licensing, which independent sculptors can't get.

I like the design. For a newcomer in Blender, this is amazing. Good work. Next time you can make your own figurines. There is a workflow to do that easily and which might interesst you. It's called photogrammetry.
Wonderful! I didn't know it could reach this far using 3d printer. Subbed!
This is pure art my friend! Kudos,Chapeau and all the best for you in 2022 mate!
This is epic but something slightly off with the physics of the sagging tyres. They don’t bloat out as much. Otherwise awesome! Subbed.
LOVE the design of your trailer, super impressive stuff and great design instincts all over it.
Incredible! Your design skills are great!
Most impressive attention to details, inspired and gorgeous job! 😍😍
Very nice work, i am just learning the CAD software, have the same AnyCubic set up as you do and 100% agree that learning how to make your own parts far outweighs the learning pain of CAD. Just prited some 1/35 scale figure armatures to use for sculpting custome figures, makes life so much easier. Cheers from down under 😀
Love your use of blender, free cad and 3d printing. Been trying to do this myself. Although i am only using blender for the cad part also.
Looks fantastic. And great work with FreeCAD - it is my favourite 3D program - maybe You will do a tutorial for that tyres? It will be also very interesting and useful video! All the best for You! Stay safe and health! ;)

absolutely beautiful, in every way. from modeling to final presentation, to the video editing. im looking into resin printing and the level of detail you showed, with scale. yeah im sold too on the ability of resin print.
just watched this video , so awesome! favorite video yet. i also started learning blender and bought the anycubic mono x resin printer a few months ago , im hooked on designing and printing stuff now, feels amazing to design something in software and then be able to print and hold the item i just thought up.
Your work is at another level. Well done
Great use of your 3d printer! The diorama looks awesome as always. I am really excited what you come up with next. And it makes me wanting to design my own printable models even more now, I also have the Mono.

Very nice! What got me interested in this video was the UN Spacy logo on the door of the vehicle. I don't see any Macross model kits on your channel though...
Just.amazing
Amazing as always
Thanks for sharing this.. I've never seen how 3-D printing was done. Very cool.👍👍
Been 3d printing for 7 years now, your doing great! So, use gloves when handling the resin. And fresh printed pieces until after its been washed. Doesn't need 15 minutes. Just a few in the alcohol wash. You can keep the same alcohol in the bucket until it gets to dirty to use. Maybe put it through a filter to get rid of loose bits after a wash. Get a UV laser or flashlight. You can use the resin to repair parts fill holes, or even glue parts. Try using Jb Qwik to join bigger parts. Prints are VERY fragile and brittle!
I have a FDM and resin printer. However my 3D modelling skills aren’t as good as yours. I would really like to watch videos of how you went about the design part.
