Except for the fact they've torn down walls therefore not as it was back then. They should have left it alone. I don't understand the rush with the house. I don't Ever remember in my lifetime the rush to demolish a crime scene before the actual trial especially in such a relatively short time. It adds to my suspicion that there is something Seriously amiss in this case related to MLE & FBI. Since when has there ever been an almost continuous phrase No report taken, no body cams on, FBI has no backup to prove their work (receipts). This whole case is something "weird" as Ashley says. My intuition is telling me roommates are not innocent witnesses. That "someone" cleaned up some of the crime scene is beyond sus. If you want to think BK guilty & in the time frame MLE claims its impossible. Still Who & why was some of the crime scene cleaned up, who is dumb enough to try to do that they are somehow involved in this. I started writing this before finished listening to this reading & Ashley confirms my intuition. Dylan's story makes NO sense, doesn't fit no matter how much they try! I lived in a small town there is a whole different atmosphere & anyone who is new or not of that environment is easily singled out for ex out of state license plate.

I do, too, but I feel like the police or FBI narrowed in on BK and said uhhh huh..They didn't do enough investigation with anybody else. Including questioning . Is there any sign of interrogating anyone.else?

I don't see BK doing this mainly bc of the sloppy work you mentioned, his schooling & seeming intelligence. Mr Concalves stated in an interview that there was "one hell of a fight down there" talking about Ethan and Xana so there had to be a lot of noise that Bethany (downstairs) or Dylan (across the way) heard? x.

I always thought there were more people involved in this murders. The 3 people that Bethany saw out the window before the murders were involved and Ethan was collateral damage along with xana. Dylan and Bethany knows something about all of this in my opinion.

Exactly more than 1 person involved. 1 killer but 3 people involved . Imo Several accounts of several people in house besides the 6.

Could the mistake and delay in the plan have been that they couldn’t find the substances? They were not in the place that they were supposed to be and they had to look for them. Thus using a ladder to access crawl spaces or air ducts. The demolition of the house would eliminate finding the evidence of hiding places for substances or other illicit activity.

Early on, there was a statement from Bethany or Dylan ( I believe it was Bethany...) stating "they" were only suppose to be roughed up. ... And there was a comment made ( I can't remember what video i saw it on) about Dylan being downstairs on the 1st floor. That she saw the killer walk out the front door. It confused me, because it was already being said that Dylan saw the killer up on the 2nd floor, he walked by her and walked out the slider door.🤔 ... The fact that the story line keeps changing is a huge red flag.

When you have extra time- “Carlee” Nichole Russell called 911 around 9:34 p.m. last evening [7/13] because she saw a toddler alone and crying on the side of the road near an Alabama interstate. The 911 operator told her to stay in the car but continue to watch the toddler until they could get a police car on the scene- She complied until the toddler began to run onto the road. She then got out of the car- while still on with 911- and then she screamed and had not been seen or heard from since- The police finally arrived and found her car but nothing else. People in Alabama are freaking out! ...highly suspect tracking near the interstate. If so, the powers that be are stooping to new levels to lure in innocent people. Could you please see what happened and if you think she's still alive? This issue seems to be becoming more and more common and needs to be brought to light. I’m sitting in my living room and looking from wall to wall I believe there is no way B and D couldn’t have heard something. That house isn’t that big! They had to have heard Ethan and the killer fighting or Xana and her struggle with the killer. Early on based on the wounds someone said they thought the killer disabled the victims first by stabbing or kicking them first in the throat. This might have silenced screams. That one guy who’d lived in this house said it was very easy to hear noises. Another big issue is Dylan going back in her room and sleeping till late morning. She’s by Ethan and Zana who it’s been said Ethan was partway out in the “hall”. This is not a house of big spaces. Rooms were crammed in there. Look at your office. Think of the door and another door across the room. Xana’s room and Dylan’s room.

Just saw a comment someone made on a Tik Tok I was watching and it blew my mind! They were discussing how did the killer get out of Xanas room if Eathan was blocking it & DM couldn't open it the next day? She had to call Hunter J to come open it. The commenter said, what if the killer went out the window and on the roof, where he stripped his clothes off and leaves no blood trail...on the ground...??? In the Very beginning someone did a reading and in it Xana was telling her Look Up...like for the weapon? Or maybe blood trail??? That comment I read tonight made me think of Look Up immediately!!! Maybe you can do a reading on that like did he escape on the roof?? Kids in that neighborhood were shown up on their roofs partying on some of those police cams that fall...

What’s throwing everyone off making it so difficult to understand. It is very simple! Everyone is trying to understand how those remaining two roommates didn’t hear the horrific sound that were made in that house. The truth is much simpler! They’ve heard it all and they knew it was happening, and I believe they knew it was going to happen. And then they gave the killers time to get away, I also believe they cleaned up

getting chills with the staircase and dog early on in the reading. Even the staircase at 2:24 looks like the staircase from 1 to 2 at 1122 King Road. It was very steep with a series of what looks like hardwood steps just like that. The dog at 1:39 has Murphy's golden doodle coloring and is passive as goldendoodles are letting the little boy pet him.

Dog scratching … in my opinion: thinking this all happened earlier than previously said, maybe with original timeline? Makes me think of mind control. He's just sitting and watching the game he's invented. He's the puppeteer and they are his puppets.

Ashley is it possible that Bethany was on the first floor, Dylan went downstairs to hush Bethany up that's why she feels tied, and let BK and suspect 2 into the downstairs door. The girls stay downstairs and the suspects go up the downstairs steps up to the second level and encounter Ethan and Xana. I think the description that Dylan gave police, was a red herring and she knew what was going on. Bethany not so much allegedly this is my opinion only.

Dylan was never in her room when the attacks started she was in Bethany room by that time. That is the exculpatory evidence. It's why the PCA said originally. Dylan never saw anything statement was coerced. My deck has retold the same outcome many times.

Ashley! You have to listen to this podcast I recently came across by a ABC news investigative journalist about the Idaho murders. It is so good! It’s the best I’ve heard yet. Better than any of the specials on TV, anything I’ve come across on KZread, etc. She talks w/some of kids friends, LE (before gag order) & found out info I’ve never heard before. Such as the “Brian Tally list” his female co-workers had about him in Washington (he was not at work the Monday after the murders) & about complaints filed against him disparaging & intimidating his female students & co-workers &; most importantly it’s about the victims. This whole case is insane! So many theories and rumors now. I just really want to believe the good in the surviving roommates. I have a hard time believing these young adults had no conscious, moved bodies, stayed in a house knowing their friends, (human beings) were unalive, etc. Can you imagine knowing this horrific act was going to take place and were in the house laying low while it was happening? How can a person be ok with any of this? I have two daughters in college and they work/stay up all night and can sleep through anything. Even if they were awaken by screams to loud noises, they would text and tell whomever to knock it off and then go back to sleep. So, I can believe that story. And, then calling the authorities when they awoke. But, knowing others were called early am and then another time lapse before 911. That raises flags. There has to be a trail of messages on all these roommates phones. I just pray these family members get justice. 🌼 🦋

I think the girls were first, the “I am here to help” was Ethan telling the girls he was going to help and was seen. That then made the killer have to change plans and they became victims.

They would have been below Xazas room cause the blood was dripping on the right side , outside the house
