Yes! I think something is weird how they redacted his injuries!

I just keep hearing, "Don't worry, I'm here to help." as coming from the accomplice, not a resident or BK. I think BK didn't know he would be there, but the Oranization didn't trust BK to do it. And from the Organization's POV they had to carry out the plan *that night* because Kaylee was leaving for good, and may talk once safely in Austin.

For what Kaylee said: I recently watched a medium who said when trauma happens (like murders) their soul is immediately pulled out of their bodies. Only when one survives something traumatic does one feel pain. For me, knowing that helps so much. Once something happens the soul is removed to prevent additional pain from the trauma when they pass. Passing this way is traumatizing for the soul but not physically painful. Things are different in how we see, feel and hear on higher levels we ascend to after death. The soul moves up. The physical body is like a costume, for lack of better reference. Once you pass, the soul sheds its costume and continues its journey upward. I hope what I said makes sense.

The other day when you were talking about BK you mentioned something about a possibility of a distant family member possibly framing him? I have heard that BK’s dad has some really rough and dangerous brothers or uncles or something and that BK parents have distanced themselves from them. It may be worth looking into? Especially with the prosecution not wanting to give the defense the DNA information. And the FBI not documenting anything from their familial DNA search for family members . Kind of suspicious in my mind. If you know your case is solid just give it to the discovery to the defense already.

On the flip it would be equally as bad if he is completely innocent and goes to prison with the real perp still free and not being held accountable. So either way I hope they come to the right conclusion and hold the correct person/people accountable. A wrongful conviction is still not justice.

What I’m thinking may be missing from the dna is the amount of cells in the sample. According to the statement of a dna analyst that I read, you need 100 cells to properly test a sample, but they’re saying the sample has only about 20 cells (I can’t confirm that). Just a thought.

Well, they did get the arrest warrant on the wrong car, a 2013 Elantra with tinted windows, cell pings and DNA (and we know they first of all took it from the trash - no chain of custody as well as they didn't have time to send it to The Woodland Tx and have it back in a couple of hours). What if Bryan is adopted, what if he is his mother's sister's child which she brought up. Is it transfer DNA? Then it could have been placed there. Why if direct no fingerprint.

Maybe he was adopted & they’re lying about the DNA being a match for Bryan’s dad but now that they confirmed the DNA being Bryan’s because of the buccal swabs so they think no one will challenge it. I don’t think so but nothing would surprise me with the ridiculousness of this case🤷🏼‍♀️

I feel the same way, especially since the PCA states his injuries "sharp forced" not stabs. It seems whomever did this to Ethan had some rage toward him.

LE knows about the link, detoured the link & went straight to BK (who is connected to the link). The link was in BKs ear that night. 🙄I took notes but I can't find them rn

If they got other evidence from a warrant granted from dna that isn’t credible, it can jeopardize any evidence gotten from that warrant

It because of family tree and the way they went about hense the state are not using how they got to know it was bk through family tree and then got trash from his dad's and used his dad's dna apparently they don't need that evidence tho it was used for his pca imo it should be used because thay was the reason for pca and that's hie they a dna straight from bk he had to give dna nbut state are saying niw they got his dna when he was arrested they now don't need the family tree dad's dna now nir do they need to give hiw they got the cells to test etc but still using the sheath has evidence just not how they got the dna first the place

(Father’s DNA)Bryan and his sisters practically look like identical triplets. If anything, we should look at why they gave up Emma Bailey for adoption because she could have been a 4th sibling with those eyes!😂

@@Mehgan90210I’ve questioned this too. Like they’re purposely ruining this case because either they know it’s not Bryan and/or they’re avoiding having to expose others involved/“the operation”.

It looked to me that the dna was put on sheath with a type of Q-tip, but probably not enough, and has probably degraded. Now the question is, where did they get the dna from originally? To me, it looked someone wanted to make sure Bryan was charged for this, but if this happened, then it would appear that evidence was tampered with?.. If the sheath is not Bryans and he can prove it, or he knows for sure where it was and not on him that night, he would know someone planted it?.. So, either way, evidence was tampered with, and the whole case could possibly be thrown out. DNA has advanced tremendsly. They only need a minute amount, but it may not have been enough to do a complete DNA classification. Also, if it wasnt kept correctly, it could be contaminated.

Not only the DNA but also the reasonable doubt a jury would have knowing the roommates waited so long to call 911, but they texted so many others and had their friends come inside hours before the law was ever notified. So much could have been tampered with, and we will never know the truth. There's still 2 roommates who do most likely know the truth. Maybe this organization is helping to make sure if he keeps his mouth shut; so many things are being done wrong that could also be used to throw it all out on technicalities. I pray all involved with be brought to justice!

I Ashley, the energy I am getting is that BK and Kaylee did meet the summer 2022 at a pool party. My feelings are that BK felt rejected by Kaylee and it did make he made. He started stalking Kaylee and by the social media he learned the Kaylee was leaving Moscow and that's way it happens 11. 13. About the drugs I believe that it has something to do with the 911 delay. But it has nothing to do with BK killing the 4 student. I believe that BK was hoping for a new beginning I Pullman and it didn't work out the way he had hope for. His anger just took of and he just wanted to hurt Kaylee and maybe Maddie. Unfortunately BK was spotted by Ethan and he went after Ethan and Xana It is so sad😢 Marianne from Denmark
