Ashley, Just wondering if you’re aware that 1122 had a garage until I believe 2019. It was torn down and that is when they built the house next door. 1112 is that house address. It’s also 6bedroom 3 bath and from it’s kitchen window there’s a perfect view of the 1122 house. I keep getting that there’s a way to get from one to the other without being seen, and a “fake wall” that is actually a “hidden” space/room. Once again, great reading! I haven't watched yet. AT filed for dismissal of the GJ indictment. Not for dismissal of the case, just to be clear. They were not properly empaneled, they were not given correct instruction, hearsay was admitted, exculpatory evidence not presented, and jury foreman did not sign true bill. Based on the aforementioned, my opinion is the GJ indictment should be tossed. Procedure, accuracy, and the rule of law has to be followed; particularly in a DP case. Details matter. My thought regarding the house is that there may have been and may still be some sort of hidden camera situation. I read that 4 FBI agents were back at the house 2 days ago. Perhaps, instead of demolishing the house it needs to be dismantled; literally, piece by piece. 🤷‍♀️

I have been deep diving into the cult. I believe they are laundering money through their members business, grooming and trafficking women and children and an ex member owed them a debt. I think that is what the FBI is investigating there. The town is dirty. I think there is a possibility that Bryan may be working with them under the guise of being the killer while they continue to investigate the corruption. It’s the only thing that makes sense at this point with the state tanking this case every which way but Sunday.

There is a reason he isn’t saying a word. Stop, step back and pay attention to the details that aren’t being said. Standing silent = not guilty if he speaks a word any word it can and will be used against him. How many guilty people scream their innocent and yet are guilty as sin. Your comment makes believe that you have watched dramatized crime shows and are trying to apply it to a real life situation. The right to stay silent - is a constitutional right. Just as much so as saying guilty or not guilty. As to the alibi - his team said if it goes to trial he will provide an alibi. I wouldn’t turn it over myself if the state was withholding the evidence I need for a FAIR trial. Ask yourself why - they won’t say what led them to him, why they knew about him in Nov yet waited until end of Dec to arrest him, why is Brent Kopacka case still open if it was swat takedown, ask yourself why there are 3 unidentified dna profiles also found at the scene and they weren’t processed the same way BKs was. Why did they do a secrete grand jury 5 days before prelims? I can go on and on and on. This case is not being done in any normal fashion. We have no idea WHAT Bryan has done to clear his name and we won’t until it’s put in court docs or comes out at trial.

Ethan wasn’t drunk. He had been beaten badly by a group of Sigma Chi’s. They thought that he was either unconscious or deceased when he started to “come to.” That’s when “someone” finished him off with “sharp-edged blunt force.” That’s what I’ve been reading/hearing/seeing from people who were close to this but who are (mostly) afraid to speak out. And it’s also known that nearly all of the kids knew ahead of time that this beat-down of Ethan (and Xana?) was going to happen, but they weren’t expecting them to be killed. Maddie/Kaylee was a second crime happening simultaneously. Two separate attackers or groups of attackers, one for Ethan/Xana and a different group for Maddie/Kaylee. Different motives, but coordinated to occur at same time.

What do you believe the state has? They have violated his rights. They won’t turn over the info that they know they need to because it will exonerate him. This is not in anyway how a case like this is handled. You should be asking / why didn’t they process the 3 unidentified male DNA found at the crime scene (2 inside, one out) the same way they processed Bryan’s? What are they covering up? Why not just process it ALL the same way??? If their case is solid, then it all over.
