He may even be able to reach 520kg. But should he do it? Definitelly not. Did you see how unhealthy he looked when he lifted 501kg? he looked like he was 5 steps away from a brain aneurism or a heart attack. He was beet red in the face, and was breathing hard, just from walking across a floor. And that was before the lift. If he does that again there is a good chance he will die from it. Already now he looks unhealthy.

@@palmarolavlklingholm9684That’s because he was huge. Based on his change of form and previous videos he won’t be and doesn’t need to get that back. He’s already big enough. He is not coming back to break the record for a few kgs. Thor could pull 500 RAW. 520/530 will solidify he’s the best dead-lifter and no one will break that for a very very long time.

@@palmarolavlklingholm9684Plus, before a lift the whole point is to raise your CNS, your heart rate etc, he should be red and heavily breathing before a heavy lifts, that’s what you do. Even a small lifter should be heavily breathing before a max effort lift. Put in the size, gear, size of weight, it’s expected. If you think anyone can lift that weight without feeling that way you don’t know lifting

I would love this shirt because it would actually fit me haha, I'm a 6'8 380lb rookie to strongman with my first comp in July. You could even hand deliver it because I work out at Ironforge in Austin Texas, so when you eventually visit Knut I will be there!

I wear the team Iceland shirt on deadlift days and the Thor's power grip shirt on squat days right now. I started watching your live streams on twitch last year when Bas came to coach you in-person and you quickly became my favorite athlete because of the way you connect with people and how personable you are on twitch in the live-streams.
